Basic but comfortable accomodation with very friendly staff, in a beautiful mountain setting.

A warm and friendly place to stay but not inexpensive for the budget conscious.

I loved the location at 1600 meters above sea level, though it means there’s no shops or services other than the restaurant onsite. The staff were all warm and friendly, the room and bathroom clean and comfortable. The meals available for purchase, and the included breakfast were great quality.

Bathrooms are shared, accessible down a corridor. There’s no access to complimentary tea and coffee. These would require additional purchase. The price of the accommodation and evening meals is relatively high, perhaps due to the remote location.

Nice and cosy stay

Very cosy, friendly and flexible, in a great location to feel a bit the Alps up above. Good menu at the restaurant. Rooms were warm and well equipped with duvets; shared bathroom very decent

Bit of a “stuck in the 70s” feel although well-maintained. We did not understand the Half-board concept - you kind of order from a menu and pay what you eat, so not sure how it’s different from just going to the restaurant without half-board

Nice, cozy, really clean and great location

Not that many options for breakfast: just croissants, milk and cereal and butter and jam.

The accommodation was rustic, nice, cozy and the location wonderful. However the price is a bit high.

Horrible hotel with rude staff

The surroundings was beautiful, with a beautiful view of the mountains. I dintorni erano bellissimi, con una bellissima vista sulle montagne.

We had dinner included so we sat down at 18.30. We were the first people to sit down and after a few minutes other people came. They all got menu's and ordered their dinner but we didn't get any attention. After 20 minutes we got up and took some menu's from the front table. At the same time a lady from another table came over to help us. Apparently we could only choose between a pizza or goulash which was weird. After the pizza we didn't get any attention again so again guests from other tables came over to help us to get some dessert. The other guests laughed in embarrassment for us. The waitress didn't speak any English or German, only Italian which is no reason to be rude. At the end all the other guests had left, we left as well in the end, a bit confused. The room was ok although very noisy and not soundproof. There was a party going on till late. In the morning the next obstacle happened. It said on the hotel information that check out was between 7.00-10.00 and breakfast from 7.30-10.00. I went downstairs to walk our dog at 7.10 but all the doors were locked. There was no way out! No fire escape or nothing! Incredibly dangerous situation. We had an old lock with an old key on our roomdoor which did NOT open the front door. Other people started to come down and there was a bit of a panick. At 7.26 a guest came down and said that maybe the roomkey opens the front door too. Our key did not but another guest had a different key which did work. There was still NOBODY from the hotel present at the hotel. We all walked outside and at 7.30 the same rude waitress from the night before came walking up the road. At this time other guests were so angry, they left without breakfast. When we wanted to pay and leave the final nasty surprise came. I booked the hotel inclusive dinner and breakfast. Apparently this did not include drinks and I had to pay another 42 euros for 2 apple juices and a fanta.

Lugar tranquilo y comodo para alojarse un par de noches

El personal es muy amable. La cama es comoda. Se puede estacionar justo a la entrada del alojamiento lo que hace practico subir y bajar el equipaje en temporada con nieve. El desayuno es simple pero completo con pan, mermeladas y mantequilla asi como tambien queso y croissant. Esta acompaniado de te o cafe a eleccion.

Der Gast kommt und geht wieder, mit seinem nachhaltigem ??? Gefühl!

Die Umgebung und Aussicht ist wirklich schön.

Da ich kein Wort Italienisch spreche, musste ich mich mit den Händen und ??? verständigen. Ich komme von der Zentralschweiz und bin mich vielleicht nicht gewohnt, dem Service-Personal nach zu laufen, (das sich ganz gemütlich Unterhält) bis ich zum Buffet gehe, um das Gespräch zu unterbrechen und ein Getränk versuche zu bestellen. Mein nachhaltiges Gefühl ohne vom Gastgewerbe viel zu verstehen: Jeder macht hier alles, aber keiner weis, wie es richtig sein sollte. Zb. Mein einziges Frühstück, was im Preis inbegriffen war. Ich sass im Frühstücksraum und da sollte klar sein für das Personal, ohne weitere Worte von mir, dass ich jetzt vielleicht mein Frühstück bekomme. Ich bekam dann nach einer gewissen Wartezeit und der Aufforderung 2 Scheiben Brot, 2 Butter und ein "Expresso" worauf ich danach (15 Minuten) den Raum verlies und mich auf den Weg machte in den nächsten Schiessstand um noch Gipfeli und Kaffe zu geniessen. Ich werde meine Erfahrung gerne weiter leiten, als Verbandsmitglied, des Schweizerischen Schiesssportverbandes.

Tres rudimentaire pas de prise dans la chambre. il faut débrancher la lampe de chevet pour avoir une prise... Au repas j'ai commandé un minestrone fait maison dans lequel j'ai retrouvé des morceaux de plastique, fait la réflexion et montrer à la réception , je n'ai eu aucun geste commercial ......

Hoog op de berg. Super vriendelijke mensen in de omgeving. Gezellige gasten. Lekkere maaltijden in het restaurant. Waterval op 25min afstand. Ontbijt was matig niet uitgebreid maar wel lekker.

The license to this accommodation should be taken away till adaquate security measures are in place!

Hoewel de bedienende jonge vrouwen erg vriendelijk waren, was de eigenaresse dat zeker niet. Alles leek te veel. Gedeelde badkamer betekent in de praktijk slechts 1 badkamer met douche, bad en wc voor 6 kamers!! De andere douche en andere wc zaten op slot! En het grootste DRAMA: de smalle trap naar de verdieping met de kamers komt uit in een kleine hal. Die is afgesloten met 2 deuren: 1 naar het restaurant en de andere deur is de hoofduitgang en ingang. BEIDE DEUREN WAREN 'S NACHTS OP SLOT!!! Geen sleutel te zien of vinden... Terwijl de bordjes naar de nooduitgang naar diezelfde uitgang verwijzen. LEVENSGEVAARLIJK EN ONVOORSTELBAAR DAT DE ZWITSERSE TOEZICHTHOUDER HIER EEN ACCOMMODATIE VERGUNNING HEEFT AFGEGEVEN...!!! The staff was very attentive and helpful. This, however, cannot be said of the lady-owner... Everything seemed too much. This can be, part of travel. Less attractive is the fact that 6 double or even quadruple guest rooms have to share just 1 bathroom, with bath/shower and toilet. The other shower room and other separate toilet were locked. Very noisy also. Good parking options. What is completely unacceptable and an outright danger to life is the fact that the narrow staircase that connects the ground floor with the rooms upstairs connects to a small hallway that was locked in by 2 doors. One leading to the restaurant, the other door is the actual entrance door. And EXIT... This was locked at night with no key in sight!! The signs for the emergency exit lead to that same exit door that was locked at night. One can just imagine what will happen when a fire breaks out in the kitchen of the restaurant, not very uncommon in commercial kitchens. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and unbelievable that the Swiss tourism/accreditation authorities have given this establishment an accommodation license. THIS SHOULD BE REVOKED UNTIL THE SAFE PASSAGES HAVE BEEN CREATED, WITH AN ALTERNATIVE EMERGENCY ESCAPE OPTION!!

Oud, kleine kamers. Voor doorreis geboekt, maar er zijn betere hotels. Let op dat je de juiste afslag naar boven neemt. Via google maps vanaf de A2 de eerste afslag genomen maar deze is zeer steil en smal. Even doorrijden na Faido is de weg beter om naar boven te gaan.

Lokalita, dostatek místa na parkování a dobré kafe.

Skoro všechno. Někteří provozovatelé by vůbec neměli poskytovat ubytovací služby. Všude hromady věcí, po schodech nešlo projít, báli jsme se, abychom něco neshodili. Pokoje hrozné, některé polštáře zapáchaly jako použité dětské plenky. Vybavení hotelu bylo cokoli, co kdo kde našel a v jakémkoli stavu. Snídaně byla úplně tragická, až nás to skoro uráželo. Na igelitovém ubruse dva talířky s pár plátky sýru a šunky, pár jogurtů poházených po stole, džus a máslo. V tu chvíli nás na toto bylo 8 hostů. Nabídka vůbec neodpovídá skutečnosti.

Deze "accommodatie" is alleen geschikt als restaurant en niet als hotel. De kamer en de badkamer zijn oud en klein. De bedden kraken verschrikkelijk. Geen hor voor de ramen zodat we geteisterd werden door horden vliegen. Het is ons een raadsel dat Booking deze locatie heeft opgenomen in het bestand

Vriendelijk personeel, schone accommodatie, rustig gelegen.

Locatie. Bereikbaarheid niet aan te raden voor personen auto’s met een aanhanger. Zeer slecht aangegeven waar het verblijf zich bevindt. Op de heen weg zijn we door de navigatie via Osco gestuurd. 1 tip. Neem niet de route via Osco. Smal, stijl en eenmaal boven is het laatste stuk van de weg afgesloten waardoor je de helse weg opnieuw naar beneden mag rijden. Ga altijd via Chinchengo, Campello. (Dit is overigens prima te doen) Eenmaal boven staat de accommodatie niet goed weergegeven in google maps/kaarten. Volg “ Della Torre Daria”

Frühstück einfach, aber gut, Freundlichkeit vor Ort am Morgen danach ebfs.

Mikrofaserbettwäsche, zu groß für Bettzeug, brrh. Wäre auf Straße zur Unterkunft nach 800km Autobahn fast verunglückt, weil man mir nicht/ zu spät Hinweise zur Anreise gegeben hat, bin im Dunklen Mitte April im Schneefeld gelandet, Kommentar: Ja, diese Straße ist noch gesperrt. Aber der GPS schickt immer alle diesen Weg... Man kennt also das Problem! War Zufall, dass ich allein im Dunkeln auf Weg am Abgrund gewendet bekommen habe, 7km über teilweise Schnee zurück! Straße war nicht gekennzeichnet als gesperrt. Überall Hinweisschilder zum Zielort. Dachte schon, bei 5 Grad im Auto übernachten zu müssen. Als ich dadurch verspätet in Unterkunft ankam, gab's für mich auch nichts mehr zu essen, Küche inzwischen geschlossen.

Ausgesprochen nette und liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Unkomplizierte Abläufe. Sehr wohlwollend, wenn man spezielle Wünsche hat bspw. beim Frühstück. Restaurant mit gutem Abenessen im Hause.

Es war etwas kalt im Zimmer, obwohl die Heizung voll aufgedrehtwar.

Personale super gentile. Cena ottima, pizza cotta al forno a legna e carne molto buona.

Colazione potrebbe essere migliorata con l'aggiunta di formaggio e salumi. Il grande punto critico riguarda il mobilio che ormai é datato. Purtroppo anche l'insonorizzazione delle camere non è ottimale. Ma per una notte per stare vicino alle piste può essere una buona soluzione. Peccato perché con piccoli investimenti diventerebbe davvero un'ottima location sia in inverno che in estate.
