Space and location ,excellent kitchen
Needs a shower on the 2nd floor
Outside maintenance urgently required , very poor .
Lots of small issues need fixing - broken locks , metal rod pertruding out of chair side in kitchen ( dangerous )
Scruffy untidy outside
Lots of little maintenance issues both inside and out - rusty barbecue old coals stacked up , filthy green moss plastic white sun loungers ( terribly dirty and green ) wooden tables old ,not great for a property of this caliber generally good to very good protect , needs TLC
