Its generous, contemporary accommodation, sleeping 16 people in its 8 luxury bedrooms with 7 bath or shower rooms, 4 of which are ensuite, a modern well equipped kitchen and comfy reception rooms all refurbished in a nautical style and topped off with off street parking for 4 cars, means this detached house promises you lots of luxurious lazy days of sand between your toes and beautiful sunsets.

Just two minutes walk to Woolacombe's clean world class beaches, one of which won "Beach Of The Year" 2021 and only a short level walk to the shops and restaurants gives you places to explore on your doorstep. Maybe a boat trip to Lundy Island with its medieval castle, smugglers hideaways and, depending on the time of year, Puffins, may appeal. There's no better way to see the beautiful coastline. You could also go surfing or perhaps walking the National Trust Land directly behind the house is more to your liking or 9 holes of golf at the Mortehoe and Woolacombe Golf Club?

Exmoor is a very short drive away for walkers and lovers of Devon's cream teas and Ilfracombe with it's charming harbour, restaurants and Damian Hirst's Verity sculpture may beckon when you fancy a change of scene.
