Upover, Seven-Bedroom Holiday House

'Upover' is one property with a ground floor and 1st floor apartment with a joining staircase. The ground floor has 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single & 1 bunkbed), 1 lounge, 1 kitchen, 1 family bathroom, and 1 ensuite). Downstairs sleeps 7. A staircase leads up to the 1st floor that sleeps 5. This has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin & 1 single), 1 lounge, 1 kitchen, 1 family bathroom, and 1 ensuite.

There are 2 entries, one for each apartment. Access to Lower Upover (ground floor apartment) is through the front door on the side of the property and access to the Higher Upover (1st floor apartment) is down a pathway on the driveway. There is private parking on the top tier for 2 cars and on the driveway their is additional parking for 3 cars at the front of the property in front of the garage. In the garden there is a a terraced area with dining seating for 7 and a barbecue, as well as, outdoor seating on a lawned area providing an outdoor space for all to enjoy, Dogs are request only and charges apply. All towels and linen are included.

Both kitchens are fully kitted out and we provide basic cleaning and sundries such as washing up liquid, tea towels, oven gloves, toilet roll, soap, cloths, bin bags and cleaning spray.

HIgher Upover has a combi boiler which gives constant hot water and heating off the thermostat and Lower Upover has a combination system boiler so runs combination but also has a boost tank. The heating runs off a thermostat.
