I wanted to love the place, but couldn’t quite. The setting was delightful with a rural flair. There were chickens and sheep right next door. The bed was super comfortable.

We couldn’t contact the host by phone. The message on voicemail was in Hebrew- which we didn’t understand. A kind neighbor hunted down our host, and we knocked on their door. once we made contact with them, they were most hospitable. The main problem with the place was there was nowhere to hang up anything. No hook or bar for your towel. Not even a nail for your coat. There wasn’t enough space for your bags- I had to put mine on the floor. The water was tepid at best the night we arrived; although, it was warm the next morning. There was no heat, but there were plenty of blankets. The place wasn’t spotless, but clean enough to be comfortable. There were no electrical outlets near the bed, nor could the air conditioner be plugged in without using our own extension cord. (We were hoping it was a heat/cool combination unit, but it wasn’t)
