הוילה הייתה מקסימה ביופייה. 3 חדרים בקומה העליונה, סלון רחב ידיים וחדר מאסטר יפה עם שירותים ומקלחת צמודים, ושירותים בכניסה נפרדים, למטה ממלכה של 3 חדרים נוספים עם שירותים ומקלחת וחדר המשחקים המפנק. מרחב עצום בקומה למטה מקורה שמתחבר מבחוץ גם בגרם מדרגות. כל הוילה באווירת פשטות ושיק, הבריכה בקומת הכניסה מרווחת ומחוממת, הייתה נהדרת לנו בצהרי יום לא ככ שמשי. כל שאלה וסיוע שרצינו עדי עזרה לנו. היישוב קהילתי ונעים, נהננו מאוד מהאווירה ומהשקט. יש אפשרויות לאוכל גם ביישוב וגם מחוץ

המיקום באזור ב"ש. הוילה מרווחת ויפה, נקיה
ממול יש בית כנסת שמפעיל לפני השבת מוזיקה בווליום מאד מאד גבוה, בהתחלה ממש נבהלנו.. דברים קטנים כמו תאורה נוספת במטבח, כבל מתחת לשטיח באמצע הסלון שמסוכן ליפול עליו. ברז המים הקרים חמים לא מוצלח, אבל יש קומקום.
