Staff was excellent and sweet. There was a problem with the heater, but they were very quick to deal with it. Also, although unnecessary, it's always sweet when there is milk in the fridge and a cake to great you!
A stove or heating unit would have been great. Shampoo/conditioner/soap instead of the all-in-one dispenser in the bathroom.
