On the first floor, which is accessed by internal staircase, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (with French beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, a twin bedroom (with French besd) with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Regular check-in is available from 16.00 until 19:00.
Late check-in is possible:
From 19:00 to 24:00: €40 cash to be paid in spot
Check-out between 08:00 and 10:00

THINGS TO KNOW:
Pool open from May 15 to October 15.
Please contact the designated person a couple of days before arrival to arrange the check-in details.
it must ask guests for the tourist tax according to local regulations: €1.50 per day per person; for a maximum of 7 days of stay; minors up to 14 years of age are exempt.

HOUSE RULES
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior authorization.
All guests must respect a good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activities.
Respect the neighbors and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Organizing parties is not allowed.
The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
Pets allowed on request.
Photography or commercial filming on the property is not allowed.
The guest is responsible for any damages to the property and agrees to accept charges on the provided credit card should damages occur during the stay. In case of damages or problems, please contact us immediately so we can address them.
If something spills that is difficult to clean, please call us immediately.
The violation of these rules may result in a penalty of up to € 500.
