About this villa rental
Just 10 km from San Gimignano, not far from the Golf of Castelfalfi, Villa Montignoso is a splendid property - ideal for an unforgettable stay in the Tuscan countryside with family or friends, or to frame an important event.
The elegant villa and its annex can accommodate groups of up to 18 people.
9 hectares of parkland surround the house giving absolute privacy: ideal for walks or just to enjoy the peace of nature.
Guests have access to a large swimming pool (5 m x 8m) equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers and a beautiful loggia furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The house is equipped with satellite TV, telephone, independent heating, wi-fi, air conditioning (in the rooms)
The kitchen is equipped with every comfort: refrigerators, freezers, ice machine, oven, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, espresso machine, dishwasher, fireplace / barbecue

The property was as described except for the Wi-Fi. There are 2 structures very well designed & furnished, the main villa with a master bedroom & a second bedroom/bath; a dipendenza w/ 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has 2 beds in bunk format. We could have better used the bunk room if it had another set of bunk beds.
The Wi-Fi was totally inadequate. We could only connect in the kitchen/living room & patio. It was problematic in those areas if several people were needing to use it at the same time. I asked the owner about this, since it was advertised as having Wi-Fi. He replied that we shouldn’t have rented it if this was a problem. AND IT WAS A PROBLEM. We were in the countryside & we had no cellular service or other way of getting information, directions, train schedules, etc. Or making contact with friends & family who were arriving.
We hired the owner to make our dinner several nights, & we were asked to pay nightly in euros, however bank ATM machines were few & far between. Non-bank ATMs charged as much as 12% with withdrawals.
All in all we had a wonderful time with our family & friends. The location & the villa were lovely, & everyone was delighted to have had a very special Italian experience.

Nous étions 15 personnes , tous adultes et cette belle et immense demeure nous a scotché, vraiment!!!!

Les propriétaires et gérants sont charmants serviables , disponibles et attentionnés .
La région magnifique et la position idéale entre Florence ,Pise , Sienne .
La piscine quel plaisir !!! 4 mètres de profondeur
