Surrounded by the peaceful Tuscan countryside, between Florence and Siena, this charming villa is the perfect choice for groups looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the landscape, just a short distance from San Gimignano and Volterra, and only 45 minutes from the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

With a private 5x12 meter pool, available from May to October, the villa is spread over three levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a large fireplace, a TV area, a room with a piano, a dining room with a table for 20 people, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine provide maximum comfort. Each room on the ground floor opens directly onto the covered veranda and the private garden, with tables for outdoor dining and armchairs for moments of pure relaxation. A wood-fired pizza oven and a barbecue grill complete the outdoor area, perfect for alfresco dinners.
The first floor features 5 double rooms, two of which have access to a panoramic terrace overlooking the stunning Tuscan countryside, along with 3 bathrooms. On the second floor, there are 4 more double rooms and 3 bathrooms.
This villa is the perfect place for family and friend gatherings, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, yet just a short distance from the most renowned historic centers of Tuscany.
