The old barn, completely restored at the end of 2018, is the common place to spend time with your friends and family!
The modern equipped kitchen and the dining table are ideal for leisure time.
The kitchen, located in the dining room and the outdoor terrace, is equipped with oven, microwave, bbq, dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, tablet clothes, stoves and everything you need to cook!
Loft of 16sqm, used as a modern living room and relax area.
24 h High Speed WIFI is for free and works in the hamlet's area and near the swimming pool !!

Rented the property for a birthday celebration, it was great! There were anywhere from 10 to 14 people every day, there is plenty of room for all of us. The pool was fantastic. We were able to spend time together, but had privacy if we wanted it the property manager and owners were extremely responsive to all questions and requests. It was the perfect location in Tuscany thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much!!

We really loved our stay and I highly recommend this place for larger groups who still need some privacy. There are a few finishing touches that can be improved but all in all excellent. Got really great meals from chef Virna and owner Natale was quick to respond as well as others. A little bit hard to find, maybe some better signs? 😊

We were a group of 14 including children and young adults and we really enjoyed the time we spent in the property.
The way it is organised allows space and privacy for each group in respective appartments while the kitchen and large terrace area was the place to gather. The swimming pool is large (14x7) and the yougest of the group spent hours there every days and evening. Last important point the air conditionner really helped during the night as temperature went up to 38° at the end of our stay.
In terms of location this is extremely calm even if there a large house behind the property. But orientation is opposite to the complex.
Shops and everything you need is 5 mins drive (Supermarket, salumeria, enoteca ...)
For the rest the region is amazing and every point of interest is 20 to 45 minutes drive (San Gimignano, Sienna, Firenze, Volterra...)
We truly enjoyed our stay.
