What a perfect place for a group holiday! Bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, an incredible pool, indoor & outdoor dining options, and stunning surroundings of the Tuscan countryside. I actually don't think photos do the place justice - tldr advice is book it!Esmeralda and team were super responsive and helpful before and during the trip.I also highly recommend getting the catering - we had a 3 course meal and pizza night and both were an absolute hit! All delicious dishes.

This proximity proved invaluable for our group, as guests arriving from both the US and Europe could easily reach us from different airports while having numerous sightseeing options at their doorstep.## Thoughtful AccommodationsThe property offers exactly what large groups need: ample space for both gathering and privacy. Every bedroom features a private bathroom – a crucial detail that allows guests to settle in comfortably with their belongings spread out naturally. The photos are 100%accurate - comfortable beds too!## Exceptional AmenitiesThe well-equipped kitchen and BBQ were a dream for our group's cooking enthusiasts, while the expansive outdoor seating areas became the heart of our evening gatherings. The stunning views, cypress-lined driveway, swimming pool, and thoughtful extras like air conditioning throughout, washing machine, ping pong table, hairdryers, and separate pool towels made our stay seamless.Housekeepers Esmeralda and Luis live discreetly next door, available when needed but never intrusive.Thank you, Casa Bini!

We stayed 3 nights as part of an extended Italian trip and the entire staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. We didn't arrive until around 10 p.m., but the access codes and instructions were perfect. Esmeralda still greeted us even though it was so late. If we ever make it back to Italy, it will be in the top places to stay again! Highly recommend!

Old rustic property. It isn’t polished but that gives it character. Everything works, with a great kitchen, dining room and living space which flows outside in good weather. Beware though the drive - it is steep and rutted so is not the easiest.
