Villa Cascine is a villa rental that lies deep in a natural uncontaminated location amongst cultivated fields and small oak tree woods. It is part of a large property in the hills of Montaione, between Florence and Siena, and it is excellent accommodation for groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together in comfort, peace and quiet. There are numerous opportunities for excursions in the whereabouts, from visiting the famous towns such as San Gimignano to the lesser-known but characteristic small villages spread out in the countryside. Apart from the main building, the villa rental is made up of 4 suites each with different characteristics. Guests can make the most of a large portico/veranda equipped with wrought-iron tables and chairs, barbeque, sunbeds and deckchairs, umbrellas and the swimming pool (8x15, 1.20-2.50m deep) (01/5-10/10) with Jacuzzi and solarium area. All the suites and the main villa have air conditioning and central heating. Included in the price: air conditioning, wi fi Internet connection, final cleaning, utilities (water, gas and electricity, but not heating); swimming pool and garden maintenance, 1 mid week maid service (no linens change, for weekly stays). For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning with linen change is included. To be requested at the moment of booking and paid for on location: baby bed, highchair, local cook or chef, catering-service, shopping and delivery service on arrival/during your stay.
