Great views, quiet and relaxing, perfect to calm one’s being for a week.

I liked the location, the views and size. I also like the breakfast box but it was too large for us. We had to return the unopened jams etc but they provided enough rolls for us to make lunch with. The bathrooms were nice and the kitchen was too.

A rug across the different big rooms would be nice especially on each side of the bed in the master bedroom. A couple of board games or a deck of cards would be nice for a big property that caters for more than two people so we could relax before bedtime.

Outdated and not maintained for the price of a high end hotel.

The vineyard and the wine shop where the guests check in are beautiful but the villas and apartments need lots of improvements.

The outdated and dark rooms, no washer in the apartment as advertised (the shared washer was dirty and broken). The outdoor tables and chairs are scattered around and some are broken. Foggy windows, molded window frame, not enough light in the rooms. The swimming pool was dirty (it was not cleaned during our stay) with some broken tiles. No communication from the management throughout the stay. And the complimentary wine had a price tag we were not aware of (and never paid). I am extremely disappointed with the care and respect for the guests from the winery that has a very good quality expensive wine. It is a shame! I would not recommend and would not stay again. P.S. We stayed in San Piero room as the one we booked and paid for was not available. This review is about the 3 bedroom apartment we were switched to because of reservation error. As others noted, they just put you in any room regardless of the specific accommodations you have booked. The remote and furthest villa where we stayed requires a lot of maintenance, very outdated, dark and old.

Great place that hopefully we will visit again

The location, how the room and everything around it was thought si all the guest could have the great Tuscany experience

They should pay more attention when they distribute the rooms because families with little children can disturbe one’s peace and rest, especially when everyone is there to enjoy and relax. We had kids running on the room above our starting 7am in 2 of the 3 days we stayed there. And as a second suggestion they should tell that the wine you are offered at the arrival will be charged, it’s not a welcoming treat.

The views are absolutely beautiful. The rooms were incredibly clean and the breakfasts were perfect.

We were moved into a different villa when we first arrived to the one we had booked in. We felt the staff could have given us some warning about this. Whilst the room they moved us into was bigger the villa and pool were not as good as the one we had hoped to stay in. The staff did come up with a solution for us which was excellent and we were able to move into the villa we had originally booked after one night. Thank you for this customer service and solving the issue.

Waking up to the sound of birds chirping each morning

I recently stayed at Castello di Bossi and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and decorated in a charming rustic style complete with a cozy fireplace! At the same time, the kitchen and bathroom were modern and well-equipped, which made the stay really comfortable. The best part? Waking up to the sound of birds chirping each morning, pure peace. The location is incredibly quiet and surrounded by nature. If you love fresh air, scenic views, and a relaxing atmosphere, this place is a dream. There’s even a pool to enjoy on warm days. Just keep in mind that having a car is a must. It’s tucked away in the countryside, so there aren’t shops or restaurants nearby but that’s part of its charm if you’re looking to unplug. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to slow down and soak in the beauty of Tuscany.

The property is truly amazing! Great location to explore Tuscany and the wines of Castello di Bossi are fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The boilers in both of the bathrooms were leaking, so the showers became cold after a few minutes. We mentioned and it was because they could find someone to fix is because of Easter.

This place is paradise!

The most beautiful place on Earth! I don’t even know where to begin – this villa is truly a dream come true. The room was absolutely perfect: beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. But the real magic lies in the views – breathtaking panoramas of the Tuscan countryside that I’ll never forget. The wine they produce is simply the best I’ve ever tasted – every glass was pure heaven. And the staff… just amazing. So warm, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a better place. It was perfect in every possible way, and I’m already dreaming about coming back. If you’re considering booking – don’t hesitate. This place is paradise.

Best Tuscan experience so far!

We arrived at the property to spend the perfect weekend in Tuscany, the landlady (Laura) was very friendly and so kind! We had an entire apartment with a private entry to ourselves and it was so clean and cute! Laura sent us a list with local restaurants with price divisions based on a budget, she offered me a charger because I forgot it at home and was always available by whatsapp for any questions we had. She also recommended us an amazing wine bottle that had a very special aftertaste! The property was in an amazing location with Siena just 20 minutes by car and amazing views in 360 degrees. Our garden had tables, chairs and lounges and there were many places to relax around the property! I would visit again with my family or partner!

It was our second time at Castello di Bossi. We simply love it here! Amazing buildings, great apartments, great pool and views. DOG-friendly! We also love their breakfast - you get a wooden wine box full of local diary and pastries. We cannot wait to come back again!

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter a short walk from the Barcelona Cathedral. The staff were also really responsive and helpful. I left an item behind and they located it and helped get it back to me which was greatly appreciated.

The description of the rooftop pool should explain that it has a maximum depth of 0.6m deep. When you are travelling with teenagers this was critical information. We did not use the pool. Also, the dishwasher racks were in desperate need of replacement. They were rusty and unhygienic. This is an inexpensive thing to fix and for a property at this price point it’s not acceptable. The washing machine also had a fault and was not working where we arrived. However the staff were very responsive to this and had it fixed in 24 hours.

The location was amazing, very easy to explore wineries and towns throughout Tuscany. We loved the Tuscan charm, the pool and the views of the vineyards. The facilitates were equally as good; kitchen, laundry etc.

Way Overpriced.

First of all we were given the wrong address to the property by email. We arrived a lot later than anticipated. It was dark by the time we finally found the property that was texted to us. The website was very deceiving. It said 3 pools and there was only one. It appeared that there was a winery in the property and there wasn’t one. There was nothing.

Exceptional place in breathtaking location. Everything, beginning with the communication before arrival, the check in/out process and general helpfulness of the staff was superb. But the place itself and its surroundings were well beyond that. This is one of those places, to which you're planning to come back even before leaving.

Mateo and wine taste was super. A lot of comments, interesting telling. Proposed few tasty wines for try in room while getting rest. No place for dinner. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the box - and it was realy good (bakery, milk, jams, juice), no hurry to go. Views from all sides are unbelivable, the best I see during out vacation. Rustik design, comfortable bed. Staff - really nice

1. the room was very damp, the bed was damp. 2. you can't walk barefoot in the room because the floor is not clean. 3. very many ants outside, can't enjoy the evening, although the views are very nice

A sanctuary in Tuscany!! The property is fantastic, the pool is peaceful and the staff are very accommodating and kind! One tip, make sure you rent a car. We couldn't visits the main property very easily as we were staying the villa farthest from the reception. HOWEVER Margherita was extremely accommodating and had Mateo (our wine guide) pick us up for the wine tasting.
