A lovely house with incredible lake views.

A lovely house with excellent views over the lake. Our room had a large terrace but the house had plenty of places for all the guests to sit and enjoy the lake. Francesca was an excellent host and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, beautiful building, great for couples.

The old building is gorgeous, very well maintained, great refurbished bathrooms, despite being in front of a main road, not noisy once the windows are closed. Great view from our bedrooms.

There wasnt even a coffee available in the morning, It's really a place to sleep and then visit places around, not a very service based accomodation. If there are not expectations on that area, then the place is amazing.

Absolutely loved everything ❤️ a true aesthetic experience, amazing place, heartwarmingly friendly and sincere hosts Gianmarco & Francesca. Great vibes all around. Beautiful large room facing the garden. Possibility to have a swim from the private swimming area by the lake. Enjoyed a swim in the evening and also morning before the delicious breakfast.

A peaceful gem!

The place is really nice! A family renovated villa with 6 rooms. The perfect place for peace and slow down. Francesca, the owner who runs it is super friendly and nice and makes you feel at home! The breakfast is made of local products and if the wheather is good you can enjoy it in the terrace with an amazing view of the lake. We’ll be back and recommend it to our people!

A beautiful home with amazing views

This is an absolutely beautiful villa on the lake with amazing views. We had a lovely room which was comfortable and clean. The host was very welcoming and friendly. He gave us excellent recommendations for a wonderful dinner. Our breakfast was served beautifully and it was delicious. The grounds surrounding the property are well maintained and very nice. I can highly recommend this property.

Very nice stay, great hosts with a very personal touch. Perfectly renovated more than 100 year old house. Exceptional breakfast and just the right choice for à la carte dinner with tasteful aperitif drinks.

The hotel is just located above the coastal street and of course some street noise is inevitable. During the night there is only very little traffic on this street so we did not feel any problem with this.

Staying at Ca Meison is one of the best experiences I have had. The property itself is beautiful with stunning surroundings overlooking the Lake. The room we stayed in was very clean, very comfortable, had a great shower and a lovely view. The views from the restaurant and terrace are just stunning. I cannot praise Francesca, Gianmarco and Carola enough for being the perfect hosts. They want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible as you can tell their business and their guests mean the world to them. Take the time to find out more about Ca Meison, the stories are fascinating. Their communication is great for finding the property and parking. Luckily we decided to dine at the property as the food was outstanding, again something I highly recommend. And finally do not miss out on Gianmarco’s cocktails! He is very talented and passionate about his creations. Try the ‘Lavanda Sour’ it is delicious! Thank you for the most enjoyable stay, we will see you again in the future 🙂

Amazing stay at the Lago Maggiore - everything you want for a true romantic “get away”

Fantastic old villa at the Lago Maggiore - you feel like a true guest, very personal and welcoming! We immediately decided to stay another night. Wonderful setting, well renovated rooms keeping the old atmosphere with a modern twist, amazing private beach, delicious and loving prepared breakfast, had some supreme SPA treatments, but the best ist just Gianmarco & Francesca (brother & sister) running the place - really helpful and caring!

A bit loud from the street - but had a room facing the side so no real problem!

The hosts, Francesca and Gianmarco, were welcoming us with incredible warmth, even before we started the journey. The rooms, the house itself, the private beach, the breakfast, the cocktails, the herbes garden - just everything contributed to a memorable vacation.

Wonderful stay with vey caring and hospitable family!

Breakfast is absolutely fantastic! Everyday - 3 course full breakfast with excellent accompaniment of water, juices, tea and coffee. The host family is really making an effort to serve the best breakfast! It was very tasty and on some days lasted till supper:-) Room was good with comfortable bed. As we spent most of the time touring the area, it was very good for crushing.

The location of the property is a bit isolated, so you literally have to take your car to get almost anywhere. But that was more or less clear to us form the map analysis, so came as no surprise. If you prefer in-city location, look somewhere else

Francesca and Carola were exceptional. Never been welcomed so warmly to an establishment before. So kind, open and welcoming. Room was beautiful and view stunning

Unfortunately we left after one night as the road noise was very intrusive throughout the night and especially from 5am onwards. Parking on the main lakeside road was some distance from the main building and felt a little precarious as you stepped out into the traffic.

Beautifully restored family run BnB with magnificent views of Lake Maggiore and access to their private beach for swimming and sunbathing. One of the many highlights of this BnB are Francesca, Carola and Gianmarco, who really go out of their way to ensure that you have a relaxing and memorable vacation. Francesca or Gianmarco are always available on site for recommendations and questions. You willl feel like family and at home in this impeccably well-maintained house and grounds.

A stay fit for kings and queens!

The room and the house are absolutely beautiful. The house has a little private beach across the road which we definitely used a lot. We had the room with the terrace, which was lovely (even though we didn't use it that much because of the heat wave). The hosts were so lovely and friendly, and really provided and helped us with everything we needed. The view was STUNNING. The breakfast was made with so much love and local products like local honey, cheese, marmelade,... We felt like a king and queen ;)

I would give the advice to look into air-conditioning. We tried our best to keep the room cool by closing the curtains during the day, and the host provided us with a ventilator, but in an older house you can't get much cooling done without air-conditioning. I think it would really enhance the comfort of future guests :)

Wunderschöne alte Villa in top Lage. Das Frühstück wird auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den See von Francesca liebevoll serviert. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und umsorgt ihre Gäste sehr aufmerksam. Schöner kleiner Badestrand der zum Hotel gehört. Parkplätze an der Uferstraße ausreichend vorhanden.

Mooie woning, met een prachtig uitzicht!!

Mooie ligging, mooie woning!

Het parkeren is niet ideaal, al kunnen ze daar weinig aan doen. Uitzicht is prachtig maar wil je bij het water komen dan moet je de drukke weg over. Ook lig je net buiten het centrum, maar dat hoeft geen probleem te zijn. Wij hadden onze fietsen bij ons en zijn er naar tie gefietst!

Der Ausblick ist grandios und die Gastgeberin ist ein Traum. Wir werden das Frühstück auf der traumhaften Terrasse sehr in Erinnerung behalten. Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang zum See mit Liegestühlen zum Entspannen.

Lagebedingt ist es ein bisschen schade, dass man nicht auch abends eine Option auf eine Verpflegung vor Ort hat.

Keine sichere Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Hotelgrundstück. Parken nur an der Straße möglich. Überhöhte Preise für das Abendessen (verschiedene einzelne Gerichte) die von Francesca ein-zweimal die Woche angeboten wurden. Preise wurden von ihr im Vorfeld nicht genannt u.waren auch nirgends nachzulesen.

Das Hotel hat sehr viel Charme. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen kleinen privaten Strand mit Liegen am See.

Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße. Beim Schlafen mit offenen Fenstern, hört man jeglichen Verkehrslärm.

Ca Meison ist eine mit der größten Sorgfalt und Liebe von den Nachfahren der ursprünglichen Besitzerin restaurierte, wunderschöne Villa direkt am Ufer des Lago Maggiore. Die Originalgetreue und Finesse, mit der das Haus bewahrt wurde ist atemberaubend. Der nunmehrige Betreiber des exklusiven Bed an Breakfasts ist ein zauberhafter Gastgeber, das Frühstück köstlich, der hauseigene Strand, der über die Straße direkt vor dem Haus liegt ist geschaffen für entspannte Badefreuden an dem wundervollen Lago Maggiore. Unser Aufenthalt war ein großartiges Erlebnis, wir sind froh, ca Meison auf booking entdeckt zu haben. Große Empfehlung!

Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas beengt, man fährt eine kühne kleine Felsenstrasse zum Haus hinauf, mit dem Motrrad erfordert das etwas Geschick, ist aber machbar…
