Appartement idéalement situé intra muros, jolis vues sur port et presqu'île Aleth.
Bel espace dans le séjour et chambres. Bonne literie
Un bon rapport/qualité prix et Alena, la personne qui nous reçu est ponctuelle et charmante.
Pour quelques jours je recommande.
Pour les points negatifs, il faut noter que le logement est au 3eme étage, il y a une forte odeur de pipi de chat, la moquette est à changer ça nuit vraiment à l'image du logement qui une fois à l'intérieur est propre et bien agencé. C'est dommage car le logement est le seul sur le palier.
Il manque un peu d'équipement pour être vraiment top : davantage de tasses ou bols surtout pour 4 personnes, plus de cintres, un petit four.
Mais dans l'ensemble le logement est sympa.

We were contacted by the cleaner or person managing the property confirming the time of our arrival. All she could talk about was the additional cost for us arriving at 9pm. Which was fine. She then asked if we wanted bed sheets, which did surprise me! My fault the accommodation came without linen. We asked for linen and obviously agreed to pay for the linen cost.
On arrival I agreed to ring as soon as we docked by ferry. I was called before this and was given directions to the nearest cashpoint, rather than the accommodation. I was confused at first, but after reassuring her that we had cash to cover the bedsheets etc. she said that she would be at the apartment.
On arrival at the apartment at the agreed time. There was no sign of the lady with the keys. We called and she said that she would be there in a few minutes. 20 minutes later she arrived, full of apologies.
We paid the charges in cash. Was told that we couldn’t leave any rubbish in the flat we had to take everything to the communal waste deposal. Which again I was surprised at. We didn’t leave anything in the apartment at all. Was surprised that there were no tea towels. We washed everything up and left them to drain.
On arrival our sheets that we paid extra for were wet. She apologised for this. But they were really damp. They had obviously only just been washed. I was expecting the bed to be made. Towels left for us etc etc.
No. we had to make our own bed at 9pm after a long journey with wet sheets. The towels that we paid for were tiny, rough and old.
I don’t normally leave such a scathing review. But we were only there for a long weekend. Having paid for linen I expected it to be usable and not wet. I didn’t expect to have to make the bed up myself.
Such a lovely apartment. Shame about the person looking after it. I hope the owner knows.

Pas de stationnement,20 mn de marche pour récupérer la voiture.
Quand nous sommes arrivés, le logement était sale,beaucoup de poussière, même du sable dans les placards. Nous avons dû passer l aspirateur, nettoyer le filtre et le vider, passer un chiffon à poussière sur les meubles .Les protections des matelas avaient des tâches pas agréables ! L odeur dans les toilettes et toilettes étaient gênantes. On nous avait dit qu un deuxième toilettes était disponible, ce n était pas le cas, il était très sale et la chasse ne marchait pas. Pas d égouttoir pour laver la vaisselle, nous l avons signalé mais pas de réaction. Nous en avons acheté un que nous avons laissé. Pas de penderie dans la chambre, nous avons dû laisser nos affaires dans la valise. C est vraiment dommage car cet appartement a un vrai potentiel. Dernière chose nous avons dû déposer au départ les clés dans la boîte aux lettres de la conciergerie ! Aucune réaction qu' aux remarques faites, ni un petit dédommagement!
