Dirty and dusty

Location is perfect, everything is nearby

It was very dirty and dusty. I have dust allergies and I was sneezing every 5 minutes. The shower was really dirty, nowhere to hang your bath towels. There was trash in the can that wasn’t ours. Dish washing sponge was dirty and smelled bad. Also the door opening mechanism didn’t work every time so you have to stand in front of the door and try again and again to open it successfully, and when we arrived we had to wait for about half an hour because the owner wasn’t answering to our texts… He did send instructions how to open the door the day before through booking, but if you are renting a property and expecting guests, at least you can make sure your phone is near by

Overpriced

Excellent location, two steps from the city centre and close to many parking spaces. Kitchen well equipped and with a coffee machine. The flat is small but modernly renovated. Smart TV and strong internet connection. Good communication with the host.

The check-in is a guest's duty instead of the host's, it's a long and annoying procedure. The room is very very hot and there is no air conditioning, only a very noisy fan which is not ideal at night. No storage space in the bathroom, no bed side table, no reading light. The price is too high for what it offers.

C erano due cialde di caffe, vicino al centro.

Le lenzuola.macchiate che uscivano dai bordi del letto quindi dovevi stare attento a non dormire sul materasso,, faceva freddissimo con 2 gradi fuori non erano accesi i riscaldamenti, ne si potevano accendere, scomodissimo il letto non siamo riusciti a dormire, la doccia spruzza acqua in tutto il bagno da cui usciva un tanfo assurdoooo!!!!! Ma che eraaa!?!?!? La mattina la signora delle pulizie è arrivata alle 10 urlando al telefono con una amica per pulire i due appartamenti accanto (hanno ricavato tre appartamenti monolocali da uno unico) senza considerare che potessimo stare ancora dormendo. Alle 10:50 ha bussato alla camera per entrare e alle 11 stavamo giusto finendo il caffe ed è entrata. Una vergogna.

-nerviger/umständlicher Check-In -Bad riecht schlecht -Badtür klemmt stark -im Bad fehlen Ablagen und Haken -Toilette ohne Toilettendeckel!!! -Fenster nicht abdunkelbar bzw. Rollos kaputt -schlechte Kommuikation mit „Manager“ -Bett ist durchgelegen -billige und verbrauchte Möbel

Proprietario arrogante e maleducato. Procedura check in lunga e da fare in mezzo alla strada Pulizia scarsa Condizionatore rumoroso e puzzolente Tende di oscuramento parzialmente rotte Letto con un solo.lenzuolo non troppo pulito Bagno puzzolente senza aspiratore. La mattina dopo se esci dalla struttura non puoi più rientrare perché l'applicazione scompare...BEGATIVO IN TUTTO

La gentilezza e sollecitudine dimostrata dal proprietario della struttura, nel semplificare le difficoltà telematiche che inquietano ospiti anziani come nel nostro caso

Il check-in via web è decisamente complesso, e successivamente anche l'ingresso alla struttura avviene tramite uso del cellulare

Lage war super, Innenstadt in Gehnähe, Checkin hat gut geklappt, Dusche war groß, Duschgel + Seife vorhanden, Kopfkissen gut

Klimaanlage hat sehr gestunken, nachts nicht verdunkelt, Badezimmer kein Lüfter - es riecht sehr feucht, Handtücher stinken feucht, Schimmel auf dem Flur, Matratze durchgelegen, Abfluss lief sehr langsam ab, Tisch schief, Waschtisch schief, Kühlschrank wackelt

Da evitare

Centrale la posizione. Gentile il gestore a farci entrare 90 minuti prima del previsto. Porta blindata all'ingresso della stanza. Buona la pulizia.

Finestre senza tende ma solo veneziane attaccate al vetro. Trovatane una rotta (vedi foto) segnalato subito al gestore senza risultato, era venerdì alle 14. Così abbiamo trascorso due giorni e 2 notti con chi guardava dentro la stanza e dalle 6 la stanza inondata di luce, non molto riposante. Corredo cucine essenzialissimo, 2 padelle graffiate e quindi inutilizzabili, segnalate con foto (vedi) e il gestore ha risposto che andavano bene trattandosi di graffietti, e a tutti nota pericolosità di queste padelle non integre! Dal bagno esalava inspiegabile e insopportabile fetore. Letto con materasso discretamente scadente e abbastanza basso. Le due sedie per il punto cottura erano in realtà 2 scomodi quasi sgabelli. Che dire? Buone intenzioni forse MA PESSIMA REALIZZAZIONE. Lenzuola, federe, copriletto e asciguamani neri in linea con un soggiorno alberghiero da dimenticare. Il minimo sarebbe stato rimbossarci o offrirci una alternativa dignitosa. Insomma non una bella figura, anzi pessima! Quindi da evitare.
