Unable to make a cup of coffee or tea Coffee machine not working, no electric kettle or at least a kettle to put on induction hob . Tv was not working and water heater in the bathroom was not switched on and had to take a cold shower on arrival at night in Dec . Tv was not working. When there was a fault in the electrical supply here was no emergency light. No light near the front door to see the numbers on the key box , which made check in difficult at night .

Comfortable appartment in the center

The appartment ist located in the center of Udine so any shopping and attractions are in walking distance. The appartment was clean and very quiet, beds were comfortable and the strong air conditioning was very welcome during the very hot days. We didn't use much in the kitchen but fridge, microwave oven and coffee machine (tabs were provided!) worked fine.

We had no problems at all.

Laboriosa la registrazione del self checkin on line imposta al cliente. Vicolo stretto in centro, si deve parcheggiare a non meno di 2/300 metri. La camera a prima vista sembrerebbe carina ma qui finiscon le note (apparentemente) positive. Pareti sporche da ritinteggiare, manca l’impianto di riscaldamento (incredibile, non siamo alle Canarie!), camera fredda all’arrivo, il condizionatore ci mette tempo ad avviarsi ed é rumoroso, disturba il sonno. Ho dormito (poco, male) con felpa e calze, su lenzuola macchiate, umide e maleodoranti. Il letto per due persone é piccolo (lo spazio per collocarne uno di dimensioni adeguate, peraltro, ci sarebbe pure!). Problema pesante anche con l’acqua calda, trascorsi tre minuti é terminata, non basta nemmeno per una persona, figurarsi per due! La macchinetta del caffè a capsule eroga caffè acquoso, andrebbe revisionata o sostituita. Ho atteso 6 giorni per ottenere la ricevuta di pagamento (mai successo in 25 anni di prenotazioni on line), la spiegazione: “Dobbiamo attendere che prima Booking ci contabilizzi il pagamento, una volta un cliente ha chiesto il rimborso e siamo rimasti fregati”. Male male su tutta la linea.

Es gab ein Bidet, das Badezimmer war sauber.

Leider wurde nur exakt eine Rolle Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gab keine Hygieneartikel wie Duschgel etc., trotz Angabe in der Anzeige. Das Bett war mit 1,20m für zwei Personen deutlich zu klein und es gab nur eine Bettdecke. Die Kissen waren viel zu hoch. Die Klimaanlage pustete einem im Bett ins Gesicht. Das Wasser in der Dusche floss nicht ab. Der Waschtisch war beinahe abgebrochen. Es roch unangenehm. Es gab keine Möglichkeit in dem tristen Innenhof zu sitzen, keine „Gartenlage“ wie in der Anzeige stand.

Sehr enttäuschend, würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

Super Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Beim Betreten des Zimmers riecht es unglaublich stark nach Feuchtigkeit/Schimmel obwohl das Fenster während des Aufenthalts ständig gekippt war. Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, Nachttischlampe genau so wenig. Das Problem mit den Stühlen wurde noch immer nicht behoben - Vorsicht beim Sitzen! Der Waschtisch im Badezimmer hängt schon runter, man hatte ständig Angst das er runterbricht..

Soggiorno non all'altezza delle aspettative

Appartamento adeguato per una sosta di uno/due giorni. Ottima posizione per muoversi in centro a piedi e check-in/out gestibile in autonomia.

Stanza incredibilmente umida (nonostante l'utilizzo del condizionatore), tanto da lasciare vestiti e biancheria bagnata, asciugamani con un cattivo odore dopo un utilizzo. Pulizia superficiale (lenzuola macchiate, portaspazzolino con muffa, macchie sui muri), mobilio in parte rovinato, letto piccolo (non un matrimoniale) e poco spazio a disposizione data la dimensione del tavolo. Per avere privacy, bisogna chiudere la tenda oscurante e stare a luci accese. Dato le molte zanzare nel cortile interno, una zanzariera e una tenda normale sarebbero utili.

Ottima soluzione indipendente

L'appartamento è accogliente, moderno e ben ristrutturato. Ben tenuto e pulito. Il bagno ha una doccia che è un sogno, ampia, spaziosa e con un soffione grande che è una coccola. I sanitari sono tutti nuovi e funzionali, c'è uno scaldasalviette lettrico perfetto per scaldare la stanza al bisogno o favorire l'asciutatura dei teli dopo la doccia. Tolto il difetto dell'umidità - forse risolvibile con una ventola o qualcosa del genere - posso dire che è l'alloggio a Udine in cui mi sono trovata meglio finora (ci vengo circs una volta l'anno). La cucina è minimale e funzionale, anche se non siamo riusciti a trovare cialde compatibili con la macchina del caffè. La via dell'appartamento è abbastanza vicina al centro, ma silenziosa. La stanza ha ottimi vetri insonorizzati e isolanti.

Essendo una sorta di dependance piano terra senza controsoffitto, l'appartamento risulta tutto un po' umido. Soprattutto il bagno, non riesce a disperdere l'umidità per ore, anche tenendo tutto il lucernario aperto. Il mobile del lavello ne ha già risentito e in alcuni punti è gonfio. Mancano alcuni dettagli essenziali per agevolare la quotidianità, tipo prese di corrente a fianco del letto e la possibilità di spegnere le luci da lì. In bagno, aggiungerei qualche gancio vicino la doccia per i teli e qualche mensola vicino allo specchio per permettere di organizzare meglio le cose. Idem per l'armadio: 3 stampelle di cui 1 rotta sono un po' pochine per 2 persone.

Ottima collocazione, struttura in ottima collocazione e arredo moderno, host risponde velocemente.

C'era la macchina per il caffè ma nessuna cialda, cuscini troppo duri, maggiore attenzione nella pulizia.
