Skopelos Mortero Cottage

Indimenticabile la magia del Mortero con i suoi tramonti eccezionali, le cene al fresco degli ulivi...gli elettrodomestici...in particolare la lavastoviglie, che rende ancora più piacevoli i dopocena. La posizione è isolata ma al centro dell'isola, infatti sono facilmente raggiungibili tutte le spiagge più belle (da un minimo di 6 minuti a un massimo di 30). Indispensabile muoversi con un mezzo (auto o moto).

Bellissima casetta tra gli ulivi, immersa nel frinire delle cicale con una vista bellissima e spazi esterni vivibili e godibili per colazioni / pranzi / cene. Se avevo in mente un’idea di vacanza greca era esattamente questa. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Il cottage è ristrutturato con gusto ed è molto cozy e offre tutte le comodità.

The house is excellent for relaxing under old olive trees. The view is fantastic (all the way to Skiathos and Pilion even). The house is a well maintained traditional hut (kalyvi) and offers nice atmosphere (with many of its original features kept i.e. old fireplace, original window frames etc). We stayed for seven days and I would gladly stay for more. The two room cottage was very nice and comfy. We very much enjoyed the garden for outdoor breakfast, slow mornings and drinks at night. Our girls loved the swing and the sun-beds. The traditional kitchen with the separate entrance) was fun.

I wouldn't mind a better/renovated bathroom and a modern coffee machine.

Location : if you are looking for disconnection, quietness, superb view, no noise … is perfect

Bed, if you are not aware, is really very hard bed, because of thick plank bed!… When asking owner, answer was : »It is traditional Greek house »!
