The friendly, family-owned, villa makes you feel at home away from home and has the comforts one would expect coupled with enormous charm and elegance enriched by the incredible Greek light and vivid colours of the Aegean Sea visible from almost very window. If you are looking for simplicity you are in the right place. The view is amazing and the sun smiles the whole day .This lovely Villa will mesmerize you with its elegant simplicity.
Villa Avaton is positioned in a magical hillside location above Skopelos Town in the Raches area, which is blanketed by olive groves. The villa is within easy reach of Skopelos Town, with numerous tavernas, mini-markets, and magical strolls through the back streets passing its many churches and souvenir stores.
The views from Avaton are sensational, overlooking Skopelos Town and its fabulous bay, across to Mount Palouki and its monastery, then out to sea towards neighbouring Alonissos. Facing south easterly, the villa benefits from the early morning sun which then lasts for most of the day.
The villa is built over two levels, with all rooms facing out towards the view. Downstairs is an open plan living and dining area, well furnished and with a TV, CD and DVD player. The living room has a lovely fireplace and patio doors leading out to the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and opens out to the living area. There is bathroom and double bedroom on this level. Avaton has a lot of outdoor space around it, with both natural shade from the olive trees and spacious sun terracing around the swimming pool.
Upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a traditional wooden ceiling, this room leads out to a side terrace and those excellent views. There is a further twin bedroom with a front balcony which has an en-suite bathroom. Villa Avaton, although built in a traditional style, benefits from all the touches of a modern villa. The location not only allows for wonderful views, but of easy access to the fantastic beaches and walks that Skopelos has to offer. Villa Avaton is ideal for families and couples alike.

Breathtaking view! This Villa had everything that you could possibly imagine or want. The host answered all of my questions immediately and arranged car and moped rental for us. The host also left us quite a bit of food for us, to get us started on our week. And the private pool was a huge plus! Absolutely lovely!

This is the perfect villa for a quiet getaway yet close to Skopolos town
The villa is fantastic and takes just a 10 min drive to Skopolos town
There are lots of beaches to choose from and only 15 - 20 min drive
The owner is very informative and will help with any questions you may have.
All in all we had a fantastic stay

The owner Pandelis was so helpful and friendly, he ensured our stay was the perfect relaxing week. We did not want to leave. The villa is spotless and has everything you need, the views are amazing. We spent many a day & night just watching the landscape. The villa is lovely and quiet and the pool was a haven on the lovely warm days. There are two roads down to the town or onto the many beaches all were easily accessible one steeper than the other but not a big issue, as everybody drives courteously. What a fabulous week, we would definitely return in the future.

Genuine and very nice villa in the mountains above Skopelos, everything that you need from dining areas, beautiful rooms and fantastic garden with pool.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
Also the Host is fantastic, all support that you need.
