"Villa Kamperis" is located in Stafylos area, within a 3 km walking distance of the principal town of Skopelos. ''Stafylos'' beach, one of the most beautiful, with its crystal-clear waters, is about 700 metres from the villa.
The villa was originally designed for private use. It is a villa suitable for a modern family with children or a group of friends. It is sunny, with cool air and high vegetation, ideal for peaceful holidays. It provides full privacy for your accommodation, far away from indiscreet stares, and with a wall-built fence around, covering half an acre extents, while also enjoying a beautiful view of the countryside. The villa has an additional big area for parking.
The unique style of both indoor and outdoor areas contributes to the pleasant stay day and night. The exotic vegetation and the greenery of the garden hugs the house and holes up in the living room and the bedrooms...
In the interior, fully equipped and modern spaces, simplicity is dominant in a unique way. The living room and the dining room, at the first-level of the ground floor, with its large balcony doors let the gaze move freely towards the beautiful exterior area, at the garden and the large swimming pool with jacuzzi. The kitchen and a modern bedroom with a bathroom are on the second level of the ground floor, while an internal staircase is leading to the attic room, which has a balcony with a panoramic view of the garden. On the third level of the ground floor, there are two stylish bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which has an appliance for hydromassage.

In about 1 km, you will find a well-known, top brand of Super Market and a petrol station. ''Stafylos'' beach is about 700 metres away, while the beach of ''Agnontas'' is 3 km away.
The villa accommodates from 2 to 6 people, plus 1 more people in sofa bed in the living room and a child's cot for a toddler and a baby chair in a bedroom on the ground floor, a total accommodation for 7 adults. There are 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms.. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with many amenities, which are displayed here below.

We had an absolutely amazing 8 nights in Eleni's home. The photos are completely accurate, and the warm welcome we received exceeded all expectations.The villa and its grounds are simply stunning—so much space, beautifully maintained gardens, and plenty of shaded areas to relax. The villa itself is spotless, and having three bedrooms with three bathrooms was such a treat.Eleni and her family were incredibly welcoming, helping us with taxis and offering fantastic suggestions for places and restaurants to visit. Every question we had was answered with exceptional helpfulness, even going as far as giving my parents a lift into town one day.One of the highlights was the freshly prepared food Eleni and her mother delivered—delicious tatziki, traditional Skopelos pies, and an absolutely unbelievable moussaka.You can visit without a car, as buses are easy to use and taxis fairly reliable, though sometimes a bit hard to get. Supermarkets are conveniently located within 5–10 minutes. We had a car, which gave us the freedom to explore this stunning island. The beaches are out of this world.We also visited Skiathos, which was beautiful, but it simply doesn’t compare to Skopelos.If you are considering this villa, don’t hesitate—book it. You won’t find a warmer, more welcoming place to spend your time.

Villa Kamperis is perfect in every way. The villa is spotless and modern with everything you could need with plenty of space.
The gardens are beautiful, there are so many differnt places to sit, eat and relax. The views of the hills from the garden are stunning.
The pool is HUGE! .My 7 and 9 year old boys had so much space to play and swim.
Finally what really makes this place so special is Eleni and her mother. We had countless delicious homemade greek meals brought to us by Eleni. They showed us so much kindness and hospitality and made us feel so at home. It was such a special week and we loved our time on Skopelos.

We thought the villa was lovely. Fantastic outdoor areas and pool, somewhere for all moments of the day. Very clean and well equipped. Eleni has thought of everything you might need and ensured we were welcomed (with home cooked food and smiles!). We really enjoyed our stay and all the beautiful beaches, easily accessible from the villa

We had such a wonderful holiday at Villa Kamperis. The island is so beautiful and green with fantastic beaches and crystal clear waters. The villa itself is just fantastic, particularly the outdoor space which has so many different spots to relax and unwind. We used the local buses to get around the island and travel into Skopelos town to enjoy the many restaurants. We were really looked after by the villa manager Stavroula who really went out of her way to make our stay special. Thank you so much Stavroula, we hope to return to see you soon!
