About this villa rental
Situated in a gated community just 5 minutes’ drive from Skiathos town, Villa Selini at Sunset Villas offers both seclusion and convenience.
Set in beautiful gardens with spectacular views from its large balconies, Villa Selini was completely refurbished in 2025 and expanded to include an adjoining ground floor apartment with separate entrance.
Now a 5-bedroom property, Villa Selini offers a fabulous opportunity for families or groups to enjoy its beautiful serene gardens, large private pool with children’s section, and multiple outdoor dining areas while having beaches, restaurants and skiathos town all on its doorstep.
Villa Selini comprises a main villa set across the first and second floors, and an adjoining ground floor apartment with separate entrance, perfect for those with young children or mobility issues.
There are three large bedrooms on the first floor of the main villa (2 king size and 1 twin). One of the king size rooms has an en suite with bath and there is also a large family bathroom on this level. All bedrooms have access to large balconies with garden views.
Upstairs the second floor comprises a very large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is an open fireplace and there is also a guest toilet on this level. Large balconies on both sides of this floor offer on one side spectacular sea views across town and to smaller islands, and pool and garden views on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large outdoor dining area on one of the balconies.
The ground floor apartment, accessed separately and on the other side of the property, has two bedrooms (1 king size and 1 twin) with a shared bathroom. It also boasts a very large open plan living/kitchen/dining area. There is also a cot and high chair available in the apartment.
The villa has a large private swimming pool with children’s section, surrounded by a generous lounging area with 8 sunbeds and parasols. There is both a barbecue and pizza oven, with another outdoor dining area for post-swim evenings under the stars. The pool area is peaceful and surrounded by oleander trees, and the garden is beautifully done with colourful flowers, trees and nice landscaping.
While you might feel secluded in this tranquil oasis, Skiathos town is only 5 min by car and the nearest beach, Mega Gialos, is only 3 min by car. Fantastic restaurants are only a 20 min walk away.

Villa Selini is amazing and is set on a hillside with lovely views across Skiathos. Its spacious and clean with a well stocked kitchen and lots of storage space in the bedrooms most importantly fabulous air conditioning which is a must after a day at the beach! There are lovely open balconies off all the bedrooms and also on the top floor off the living room and kitchen. For us the villa was positioned perfectly and we enjoyed walking down hill to collect the car every morning often stopping off at Ariston bakery which sold amazing fresh pastries cakes and sandwiches! Bus stop 1 is just at the bottom of the hill should you wish to jump on to visit one of the lovely beaches further round the island! We did attempt to walk up the hill once - the walk up is definitely doable just not on the middle of the day! Once down the hill you are virtually 5 minutes away from the port and within a couple of minutes of a lovely fresh fruit and veg store and a well stocked supermarket The pool at the Villa is fantastic and big enough for all 10 of us to enjoy cooling off with a swim. We also used the downstairs apartment which gave extra space and facilities which was an added bonus! Any question we had or advice we needed was responded to within minutes Eleni was able to help us arrange a private boat trip around the island which was fabulous! We all had a fantastic time and will be back for sure!

very spacious villa, nice pool, supportive team, very warm welcome of eleni, she helped us with a lot of stuff (taxi, restaurant reservations, recommendations…).

All in all a very good experience. Villa is immaculately clean and spacious. Eleni was always available to help, be it in person or mobile. Pool is large and plenty of space for sunbathing. Quite a few steps up to top levels of villa but lovely views. Thanks again Kenneth
