Villa Kentavros is ideal for the people looking for a romantic and peaceful get-a-way, whilst being close to the amenities of Skopelos Town, only 10 minutes away by car.
It is the perfect spot for walkers, with easy access to many trails, as well as for painters who will appreciate the wonderful scenery from Pefkias hillside.
Surroundings:
Villa Kentavros is one of three fully private villas set in their own grounds in the peaceful area of Pefkias, on the hillside above Skopelos Town. Kentavros has its own driveway and sits above Villa Arktos and next to villa Pegasus. It is surrounded by pine forests while it oversees the Skopelos harbor and the Aegean. The villa is completely private and not overlooked by the other two villas. Villa Kentavros is situated in the area of Pefkias, on the hillside above Skopelos Town (about 10 minutes by car) and enjoys fantastic views down the lush wooded valley to Skopelos harbor and the sea beyond.
Interior:
Entry into this simple but beautiful villa, is to the open plan living / dining room, with comfortable furnishings and French windows, leading out to the front terrace which looks down the wooded valley to Skopelos Town and the sea beyond. Off to one side of the living room is a well equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and a separate wc. French windows from here also lead to the front terrace with with a small dining table for alfresco meals. A doorway from the kitchen leads to a specious double bedroom and en suite wc/shower room with windows from which to admire the stunning views. This unique and enchanting house is entered into the sitting room which is open plan with the kitchen and a small w/c. This one-level house is decorated in rich colored walls, terra cotta floors and dark wood-beamed ceilings. The room is furnished with a comfortable sofa (which converts to a bed for extra sleeping for 2 persons) and two couches and tables with views to the harbor from the spacious windows.
The couches with soft big pillows add to the warm and comforting atmosphere. From this room there is a French door leading to a roomy terrace with the same lovely views and has access to the swimming pool. The spacious open-plan kitchen is located off the living room which is equipped with full size cooker/oven and all modern conveniences. There is a breakfast table, but most meals will probably be taken on the terrace which is furnished with an ample dining table and comfortable chairs.
A small w/c is located between the living room and the kitchen.
Exterior:
The exterior walls have being painted in bright colors, a technique taken from ancient times and which complement
the surroundings. There is a BBQ and outside dining table with the private swimming pool and spacious pool terrace to one side of the house and close to the shady pergola.

Lovely Villa. Beautiful views, peaceful and quiet. Host Very helpful and friendly when needed. We stayed 10 days, the cleaners came twice to change sheets and towels etc. and to clean the pool. The cleaners also very nice and friendly.
Can’t fault anything. We will definitely be back.

Lovely little villa perfect for two. Location good only a 10 minute drive to centre. Pool was lovely and the villa was very well equipped. Had a great time.

The small villa is perfectly located: great view, quiet and close to Skopelos town (10 minutes by car). It is perfectly equipped and well maintained, all you basically need for a relaxing and mindful stay is there.Dimitris is a perfect host, always willing to help and advice. Well certainly come back next year, breaking our rule to never go to the same place again.
