Smile Stella Studios

I stayed at Smile Stella Studios for a short holiday. I booked it quite quickly without reading many reviews. After I had already paid, I came across some negative comments online, which made me a little worried. I arrived quite late after a long journey involving a flight, a ferry, and finally a bus. When I reached the property, no one was there at first, but luckily I met some guests who spoke my language. They kindly called the owner for me, and within five minutes a very warm, friendly, and welcoming lady arrived and checked me in. I was pleasantly surprised by the studio. It was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Everything had been thoughtfully prepared to make guests feel comfortable. I even had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs, offering a beautiful view over Skopelos Town. The location is excellent—only about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the town center, the shops, and the tavernas, yet quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. The bed was large and very comfortable. Everything in the room felt new, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The shower cabin is a little small, but honestly, it wasn't an issue at all during my stay. The kitchenette was well equipped with a stove, pots, plates, glasses, and everything needed to prepare simple meals. It was clear that every little detail had been considered. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and for making my stay so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Smile Stella Studios to anyone visiting beautiful Skopelos.

This place is ideal. It’s really close to town. Lovely big patio/ veranda and not on a busy road. Very clean and friendly hosts. Also private parking we stayed with our little dog. The rooms are big and spacious.

The furniture is a little dated but that didn’t bother us. 2 single beds, small kitchen area, fridge and small cooker. Also a table and chairs. The shower curtain could have been longer.

- The staff was always available, very polite and they even helped us with bringing our luggage to the port. - Moreover, we arrived a bit earlier than the check in time and the apartment was ready so we got in earlier. - The view from the room and the balcony was nice. - Daily change of the towels and making the beds

- Humidity in the room - The facilities are old and need a serious renovation - We were not able to adjust the air-conditioning to higher temperatures, it was only fixed - shower is really small
