Beautiful and very well equipped apartment, tastefully decorated.

Very well equipped, good easy parking, quiet neighborhood , nice sunrise views.

We had a great stay, the apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated (modern). The only small inconvenience was that we had to be careful with some delicate tables that could easily get water stains. It might be more practical to have a more durable table so guests don’t have to worry. Overall, we had a positive experience.

A memorable family stay in Cernobbio

An excellent location in Cernobbio, above Villa d'Este. A very sophisticated, modern apartment. One big bedroom with private bathroom and laundry room, a second separate toilet with shower, a big living room with dinning table separating a full functioning kitchen and a second room at the end of the living room with superb lake view, which is like a small study area with a sofa that can become a bed. This room can be separated from the living room with sliding door. The sofa in the living room can also become a bed. Outside kitchen and living room a balcony with sofas and a lake view, but not while sitting, only in the upright position. All the amenities were offered. The walls of the whole apartment are decorated with art (paintings). In the first floor of the parking area lot 717 is reserved for free. The parking is inside the building and although a bit tight entering the automatic door (we had a relatively big car Peugeot 3008) it is not difficult at all to park inside and take the car out. The apartment is in the second floor (apartment 717). There is air conditioning for the whole apartment with central control, but it was quite chilly and we didn't use it. Also a fan in the small separate room. All window blinds are opened by buttons in the walls. And fortunately all windows had window screens for insects and mosquitoes. Overall an excellent apartment with everything you need.

The directions we had to reach the house were accurate, but inside the building the diagram of the parking had another number 735 which was confusing and made us go to the second parking floor, which was awfully tight and extremely difficult to maneuver there. So diagram shows 735, but correct parking position is 717 in the first parking floor, which is located immediately after entering the external parking door, and it's the first floor you see, so you just turn right (we contacted the office and provided very accurate pictures of parking slot still with wrong number). Parking has dirty waters and is full of mosquitoes. Don't open windows of your car, unless you want to be attacked by a swarm of blood sucking mosquitos! The balcony could be in a better condition and more clean to enjoy it's full potential. It is not dirty, but not clean. Overall the apartment is excellent and the cost quite low for the position and I would say cost effective. We really really enjoyed our staying there, we definitely recommend it as a super good location (especially in winter, autumn and spring) and we would really like to go again!

Lovely apartment in Cernobbio

A very nice and tastefully decorated apartment in Cernobbio. It was spacious and well equipped. Parking in the private garage was provided as well. We love the apartment and enjoyed our 4 nights stay here.

The entrance to the car park is very challenging if you drive a bigger car.

Amazing, huge Apartment with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Nice design and excellent quality finishes throughout. Great views of the lake especially from the terrace. You can walk into town if you den't mind a steep hike of 15 min on the way back.

Bad terrace just over the parking lot and very dirty. One of the two daybeds didn’t work. The parking space is almost unable to enter if you don’t have a really small car. The area is borrowing and you can’t walk to Cenobbio (that is not interesting itself). This is bad value for money

Best holiday apartment ever - will stay again

The apartment layout was perfect. All rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable - including the bathrooms and laundry. It was very well equipped, with all amenities in place - very thoughtful. The outdoor patio was a real treat with an amazing lake view - and even this space was equipped with a mosquito killer! Beds were comfortable, and air conditioning worked well. It was perhaps the best airbnb type property we have ever stayed in.

Carpark was very tight. Unless you drive a Fiat 500 or a Smart car, there is no way you can get in and out of the carpark and ramp. However, there are public outdoor parking up there road so that solved our problem.

Nach ein paar Anfangsschwierigkeiten war es sehr schön in dem Haus, vor allem von der Lage.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und der Blick über den See ist so wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist recht groß und mit allem ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Runter nach Cernobbio ist es etwa 20 Min zu Fuß. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten im Haus, bei den engen Straßen ist man da sehr froh, wenn man eine Parkmöglichkeit hat.

Da wir nicht alle einchecken konnten, mussten wir in das Büro der Vermietung. Dort musste ich noch ein zusätzliches rental agreement unterschreiben. Mir wurde gesagt, das Apartment wird von einer Vermietungsgesellschaft gemanaged und das wäre geltendes Recht in Italien. Der Schlüssel der Eingangstür passte nicht, wir konnten aber über die Garage ins Haus kommen. Wir bekamen am nächsten Tag dann einen anderen Schlüssel. Die Polster im Aussenbereich sind schon sehr abgewohnt.

Très bel appartement avec vue sur le lac

Très bel appartement au calme sur les hauteurs de cernobbio. La terrasse est un vrai plus avec une belle vue sur le lac. Appartement avec de belles prestations. Il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture pour rejoindre le village.

La place de parking privative est appréciable mais difficile d'accès avec un SUV. La remise des clés se fait à Côme dans une conciergerie, une boîte à clé sur site serait appréciable. Et pour optimiser l'expérience, il faudrait changer les coussins du salon de jardin, ils ont vécu !

Het had zo mooi kunnen zijn …

Heerlijk genoten van het fantastische uitzicht. De foto’s doen echt recht aan de werkelijkheid. Goed degelijke inrichting, ook buiten heerlijk vertoeven. Overal muggenschermen. Goede apparatuur en tv’s zodat je zelf kan streamen. Wifi doet het goed. Inderdaad een stevige wandeling op en neer naar het dorpje.

Het bed was ronduit slecht en past echt niet bij de rest van het gevoel van de degelijkheid van het appartement. Zonde want het had een uitmuntende ervaring kunnen zijn. Ons advies aan de host is dan ook het bed zo snel mogelijk te vervangen om je gasten een zorgeloos verblijf te geven. Daarnaast was er 3 dagen lang van 9-5 bouwwerkzaamheden in het appartement boven ons. ‘S nachts geen rust, overdag dus ook niet. Jammer en heeft ons gevoel van relaxen niet ten goede gedaan. Wellicht te overwegen het appartement niet te verhuren wanneer er werkzaamheden in het gebouw plaatsvinden?
