Great stay, friendly staff, clean rooms, and tasty breakfast— would love to return!

We truly enjoyed our 5-night stay here. Every morning, the breakfast offered different and delicious options. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The walk to the city center is slightly uphill, but it’s a minor detail considering how pleasant everything else was. Their Aperols were also really good! I would definitely stay here again if I return.

Great view!

The hotel has a good view and breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and pool nice to relax by. It’s about a 10-20 min walk to the beach but can still hear some of the music from the clubs at night from up there.

We struggled with the walk up the hill from the beach and dinner each day in the heat (steep and rocky). It’s a little further out of town than we had anticipated.

It was perfect with a very reasonable price!

A perfect stay – so good I extended it! I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel – so much so that I decided to extend my stay! It’s located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Special mention for the cleanliness of the pool – it was truly a pleasure to enjoy it. The breakfast is very good, a real treat every morning. The staff is lovely, attentive, and always available. A special shout-out to the young women working there – so kind, warm, and always smiling. They truly brighten your day! A wonderful experience – I’ll definitely be coming back with great pleasure!

Nice place and comfortable stay

Location was great, all clean. Personell super friendly. 12 mins walk to the beach, but therefore no rambazamba at night. Breakfast is buffet amd changing every day - very delicious. Extra pool towels supplied by the hotel

Shower is very small and no curtain, you have no chance than to flood the toilet. Room is being cleaned only every 2nd day if you hand in the key.

Would 100% recommend

This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s outside of the busy coastline of Ksamil (about a 10-15 minute walk). Very quiet area, stunning pool & extremely friendly & accommodating staff. The rooms are nice, quite basic but very clean. Breakfast was delicious too, & were accommodating to my dietary requirements (coeliac disease). Underground parking too (the road leading to it is very narrow if you are not a confident driver). During our stay the hotel was so quiet (we basically had the facilities to ourselves) which made our stay even nicer 😊

The nearest beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away which was no problem for us but if you are looking for the beach to be close then this might not be the spot for you.

Perfect venue with staff that treat you like family

The room we stayed in was spacious, right on the pool side, had lovely views of Ksamil at sun rise and sunset. The staff were like family and would do anything for you and we're incredibly accommodating. Especially Guci the Bartender, he was an absolute giggle.

il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans notre chambre, pas de volet donc beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre le matin, il y a du bruit le matin et le soir car de la musique à la piscine, l’hôtel est en travaux, ce n’est pas un hôtel calme et reposant, hôtel adapté pour les jeunes qui font la fête

Je vais essayer d’être le plus constructif possible dans mon avis. Malgré un personnel très gentil et à l’écoute, malheureusement je pense que le rapport qualité/prix n’était pas du tout au rendez-vous. Je me suis senti arnaqué en payant 500 € pour 4 nuits. À notre arrivée, les chambres n’étaient pas très propres et vraiment petites, même pour deux personnes. L’hôtel s’appelle The View Hotel, mais la seule vue que nous avions était sur des bâtiments en pleine construction. L’emplacement est à environ 10 minutes du centre, ce qui est correct, mais l’accès reste assez compliqué. Honnêtement, si j’avais payé entre 200 et 250 €, je n’aurais pas écrit ce commentaire, mais à ce prix je me suis senti volé. La piscine était remplie d’abeilles, ce qui n’était pas agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était correct avec un peu de choix, mais la qualité de la nourriture n’était pas bonne. De plus, des frais de room service de 500 LEK nous ont été facturés alors que rien n’a été apporté en chambre, ce que je n’ai pas compris. Je pense sincèrement que l’établissement devrait revoir ses tarifs

Experiencia estupenda

Victoria, la mujer que nos atendió, es muy agradable, eficiente y habla perfectamente inglés. La habitación está muy bien, limpia y la cama muy cómoda. La piscina es estupenda, de lo mejor del hotel, y ver la puesta de sol desde las butacas es una estupenda experiencia. El desayuno está genial, tipo buffet, con pan, huevos, salchichas, frutas, tomates, dulces, crepes, café y zumo. Nos volveremos a alojar allí sin lugar a dudas.

Tuvimos un pequeño incidente con la colada, pero luego lo solucionaron de mejor forma posible. Si no hubiera sido por eso, le hubiera puesto un 10, porque todo está muy bien.

Séjour très agréable

L’hôtel est un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre de ksamil ce qui est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et servi sur la terrasse devant la piscine. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable.

Dommage que les douches à l’italienne inondent un peu la salle de bain

Ωραία τοποθεσία του καταλύματος. Η πισίνα είναι φανταστική και το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό. Το πρωινό είχε ωραίες γεύσεις αν και θα μπορούσε να έχει περισσότερη ποικιλία.

Hôtel charmant et élégant, bien au dessus des autres établissement de Ksamil, le personnel est adorable, les chambres agréables et la piscine très belle et propre. Je recommande un des endroits le plus sympa de notre voyage.

El personal muy amable, llegamos tarde y nos dejaron la piscina abierta para poder disfrutarla un ratito. Se preocuparon por mi desayuno (soy celíaca). Siempre nos atendieron con una sonrisa y nos dejaron utilizar las instalaciones todo el día a pesar de dejar la habitación

Chambre très minimaliste (un bureau mais pas de chaise, rien pour poser, tasses sales) et surtout surtout pour ceux qui se réveillent avec le lever du jour … il est impossible de faire le noir dans la chambre. Salle de bain trop petite

Un séjour inoubliable dans un hôtel parfait, sublimé par la gentillesse exceptionnelle de Julia et sa maman.

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un hôtel tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès l’arrivée, on ressent une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. Les lieux sont impeccablement propres, décorés avec goût, et parfaitement entretenus. Le confort des chambres est remarquable : literie de grande qualité, climatisation silencieuse, salle de bain moderne et bien équipée… tout est pensé pour garantir un séjour agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et varié, préparé avec des produits frais et locaux. Les espaces communs sont conviviaux et propices à la détente. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités et pourtant très calme. Mais ce qui rend cet endroit vraiment unique, ce sont les personnes qui y travaillent. Une mention spéciale pour Julia et sa maman, deux femmes extraordinaires, à la fois bienveillantes, attentionnées et toujours prêtes à rendre service. Leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur authenticité ont largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable. Elles mettent tout leur cœur dans ce qu’elles font, et cela se ressent à chaque instant. Un immense merci pour cette belle expérience. Je reviendrai sans hésitation et je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Sin aire acondicionado en mitad del lujo

El colchón es muy cómodo. La ducha era muy amplia, y el agua salía genial . Tiene una piscina chulísima y grande. El desayuno esta rico, te lo sirven en la zona de la piscina, con un gran ice coffee, y la camarera que atiende es formidable. Le deseo lo mejor en el gran futuro que tiene por delante. Nos dejaron aparcar el coche dentro del hotel, pero fuera del parking.

No funcionó el aire acondicionado durante toda la noche, en pleno mes de julio, y fue imposible dormir por el calor. Le preguntamos a la recepcionista, nos dijo que nos daría respuesta en dos minutos y nunca volvió. Tiene parking, pero al salir y al entrar las ruedas del coche patinaron en el cemento. La habitación estaba bien aprovechada, pero era pequeña y la cama estaba pegada a la pared, y el frigorífico. Para subir de la playa andando, tienes que subir por una cuesta. La señora de la limpieza abrió la puerta, cuando estábamos dentro, sin llamar.

Mooi hotel , heerlijk schoon en leuk personeel

Het was ontzettend schoon en fris , prachtig aangelegd , moderne kamers , ruimte genoeg .teras aan het zwembad en de meiden ( 15j) hadden een balkon

De locatie viel mij best wel tegen boven op een berg en een behoorlijk stuk van de zee en plaats Ksamil , ook was het behoorlijk tegen de bult op lopen wou je terug naar het hotel

Spędziliśmy w The View Hotel 10 fantastycznych dni. O doskonałej jakości tego miejsca świadczy zarówno sam budynek hotelu, jak i rewelacyjny personel. Budynek jest nowy, świetnie utrzymany, czysty, regularnie sprzątany. Pokoje są wystarczającej wielkości do komfortowego wypoczynku. Hotelowy basen jest duży i nigdy nie było problemu z nadmiernym tłokiem lub brakiem leżaków. Hotel oferuje także prywatny parking w podziemnym garażu, dzięki któremu samochód się nie nagrzewa. Lokalizację każdy może sprawdzić na mapie (nie rozumiem jak można to krytykować w opiniach). Dla nas lokalizacja była świetna. Lekko na uboczu, z dala od zgiełku i tłoku centrum. Bez problemu w 10 minut spacerem można się dostać na najbliższą plażę lub do centrum Ksamil. Dużą zaletą są także urozmaicone i pyszne śniadania. W hotelowym barze można napić się drinka lub smacznej kawy. Oddzielnym rozdziałem jest personel hotelu. Personel jest REWELACYJNY. Każdy z pracowników był miły, uśmiechnięty i zawsze chętny do pomocy. Tacy ludzie to prawdziwy skarb. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aina valmiina auttamaan. Sijainti oli erinomainen, rauhallinen mutta lähellä rantaa, ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Allas oli mukava. Hotelli on rauhallinen ja mukava. Aamupala oli todella hyvä, se oli valmistettu tuoreista ainesosista ja vaihtoehtoja oli sopivasti.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un hôtel exceptionnel !

C’est le meilleur hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné, le View Hôtel Ksamil est un petit hôtel familial qui offre tout le nécessaire pour un séjour de rêve, le personnel toujours à l’écoute et souriant, la piscine au pied des chambres qui offre une vue magnifique, la chambre toute équipé, le petit déjeuner délicieux, tout est exceptionnel. Il est situé à 10/15min à pied de plusieurs restaurants ce qui fait de lui un hôtel bien placée pour dîner le soir, découvrir la ville en journée mais également assez éloigné pour offrir de la tranquillité pour bien dormir le soir. On récent vraiment l’ambiance familiale rechercher par l’établissement. C’est un 10/10 !

Een degelijk hotel met zwembad.

Het hotel lag op kleine afstand van het centrum van Ksamil. De kamer was proper en vooral het bijbehorende zwembad was voor mij de grote plus. Het personeel doet zijn uiterste best om je verblijf aangenaam te maken.

De inrichting van de kamer was nogal onpraktisch. Verder zag je dat het een hotel is die nog in zijn kinderschoenen staat.

Aangenaam verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het zwembad was heel mooi en goed. De kamer was top en het personeel was ook behulpzaam! Het ontbijt was ook heel goed, veel keuze en werd continue bijgevuld.

De douche was niet afgesloten waardoor de badkamer nat werd( dit is iets typisch Albanees) maar voor de rest wel top! Indien het hotel druk is kan het zwembad wel wat klein zijn maar dat heb ik nu nog niet ondervonden.

We zijn op rondreis in Albanië. Dit hotel had voor ons de beste douche en het lekkerste ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Zalig zwembad met genoeg plek! Als we nog een nacht konden bijboeken, hadden we dit absoluut gedaan.

Un séjour parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été absolument formidable : d’une grande gentillesse, toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins du début à la fin. La piscine est très agréable, parfaite pour se détendre. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres, confortables et bien équipées. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de tout : restaurants, commerces, plages… Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ganz großes Kino. So macht Urlaub Spaß!

Super freundliches Personal und das Zimmer direkt am Pool war eine echte Überraschung. Nur zwei Meter von der Tür zum Pool ist Rekord. Und das Zimmer komplett im westlichen Standard war wirklich schön und top sauber. Frühstück genießt man direkt auf dem Balkon vor dem Zimmer am Pool und die Auswahl ist groß und alles mit Liebe gemacht. Das ist kein Standardfrühstück mehr, sondern wirklich erste Klasse! Der Pool ist spitzenmäßig und es gibt Liegen im Pool, wie nice ist das denn? Cocktails bekommt man direkt dorthin serviert, wenn der Cocktailboy nicht gerade ausrutscht haha. Aber das ist einfach menschlich und wurde 1A gelöst. Es läuft chillige Musik und man hat einen schönen Ausblick über Ksamil und das Meer. Das Auto kann man in die Tiefgarage stellen. Jederzeit wieder, gerne auch einen längeren Aufenthalt.
