Location 3 minutes from the metro station. Quiet place. Nice breakfast and host!

Overall nice experience, few downsights but more upsides

Very nice host, made the stay very pleasant, and also served delicious breakfast everyday :) Very well decorated terrace with soothing view. A lot of shops were close to the apartment and also the public transport stops (bus,metro).

The neighborhood could be better, sometimes it was pretty stinky and dirty on some of the streets nearby. The bed could be more comfortable as well but it wasnt that bad - only after 3 nights it became tiring to sleep on it.

You could not ask for better hosts than Catherine and Jean-Laurent. They were very responsive, extremely friendly and willing to assist. The room was very neat, clean and tidy. The petit déjeuner was excellent a typical French breakfast with just baked patisseries and great coffee. The location close to the metro is a bonus with only a short walk.

The room is perhaps a little small but certainly ok for a short stay. The ventilation could have been better as the only solution for fresh air is to open the door and although the apartment is in a secure building thee are always some concerns sleeping with an open door rather than a window. First impressions of the neighborhood weren’t so good with some rubbish in the streets however at no time did we feet insecure. Finding typical French cuisine at reasonable prices was challenging however the hosts did provide a list of French restaurants. The price was a little high for the facilities but it was a peak time with the rugby would cup

Once you come off the train, the walk to the location is a bit scary. A bit of a rough area. Wouldn’t feel safe out super late.

It was a nice, quiet stay.

I like the kindness of the smiley Jean-Laurent and his perfect services. His understanding of being late for check in in the room. What I asked for Jean-Laurent was there for me even from an early morning breakfast to an extra towel and the classic music he put every morning! I loved him so much!

Maybe the district where the room was situated because it was a bit dirty.

great for a short stay in Paris

Nice hosts, very welcoming and friendly. We got lots of great recomendation from them. They offered a sweet breakfast (toast, croissants, coffee, tea) every morning, accompanied by classical music. Charming terrace with a place to sit outdoors (or indoors with the hosts if you're cold)

the property located only a few minutes walk from the metro station (line9), the room is perfect for a short stay, clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the breakfast on the balcony and it was very quiet. the host is super kind and helpful, brought us daily fresh breakfast when they were still warm from the oven, it was really great.

The stay in Jeant-Laurent‘s and Catheriin‘s apartment was lovely. They were super nice and perfectly taking care of our comfort. The furnishing is beautiful and super clean! We were given tips for Paris, which we really appreciated, had top breakfast and enjoyed our stay very much! We‘d love to come back!

Good spot close to Paris

Jean Laurent and Catherine were very friendly and kind, letting us leave the baggage before the check-in and after the check-out. The house is furnished with charme. The room is big enough for 3/4 nights, and the private bathroom very comfy. Good filter coffee at breakfast. Montreuil is not that far from Paris, it's super-connected in a few metro stops.

The "wall" that divides the room is very thin. The breakfast could be improved.

Sehr freundlicher, charismatischer Gastgeber. Das Frühstück ist klein aber sehr lecker. Sehr gute Anbindung zur Metro dadurch kommt man unkomplizierte zum Disneyland, Louvre, Eifelturm, ... Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (FanPrix) zwischen Unterkunft und Metro.

Super accueil, chambre et sdb propres'. Jean Laurent a été bienveillant tout au long de notre séjour d une semaine. Le site est très bien desservi à 400m du metro. nombreuses supérettes sont présentes aux alentours. La terrasse donne sur une cour calme et arborée. Nous avons notre adresse lorsque l'on retournera sur Paris. Un grand merci.

Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, una persona a modo.

La camera era separata dalla casa del proprietario da una singola porta scorrevole. Non era presente né televisione né radio né apparentemente riscaldamento/climatizzatori. Inoltre abbiamo trovato prodotti già utilizzati in bagno (saponetta su tutti).

Es un toque pequeña la chambre, pero también está informado. Es decir, no habrá sorpresas. Los 2 pisos por escalera son una realidad habitual y normal en París y en muchos sitios en Francia.
