Amazing location!!! Hurricane Erin is not the property’s fault, but Rehoboth in general only has a couple things to do if it’s rainy and you have typical children that like typical children activities (not museums about Rehoboth’s history, etc), and those things cost more, of course. But the condo was great. The kitchen/living room area was very nice but about 10degrees warmer than the rest of the place. Still not too hot except a little if sleeping on the pullout at night and you want a cool room. The pullout didn’t fold out and close up correctly for us either, although it was folded up OK when we got there, so maybe it was user error. But we didn’t really use it other than our two little girls sleeping on it anyway, so not a big deal for us personally. There is some early morning noise outside the master bedroom from deliveries and trash disposal outside the window, but the bed is comfy and a window AC unit adds to the central air for a cool room to sleep in.Overall would definitely go back. It’s a nice place and I really can’t say enough about where it’s located!!

My family and I have stayed here for another week this year, 2025, and as always we loved it. The location is perfect and we enjoy the spaciousness of the place. Vacasa is a great place to rent from as they respond immediately to our requests and help out. We were unable to use the code given to us to enter the property but Vacasa and the onsite team resolved this within 10 minutes for us which was very quick. They also provided us towels when we needed them along with more garbage bags.

Definitely has the 3 Ls!!!! Needs some general maintenance as bed and couch were broken upon arrival but fixed within a reasonable time frame. Confusing as to who owns/can use what appears to be community beach chairs/umbrellas? Parking is invaluable! Community theater in shared building is adorable and should not be missed!! Overall wonderful place to stay.

The unit is spacious and in a great location if you don't mind noise at night. It lacks outdoor space which is it's main downside. A small balcony would have been welcome. The kitchen is missing key items like wine glasses. There is a broom but no dustpan. We experienced a leak in the primary closet from the sprinkler system so it was unusable. The bucket to catch the water was an eye sore during our stay. It was nice to have an umbrella and beach chairs available for use. The bedrooms, family area and kitchen are spacious and clean.
