Complete first-level living awaits at this vacation rental in the ocean block of Maryland Avenue in North Rehoboth Beach. With a total of three levels, 13B Maryland Avenue is a town home rental just steps to the beach as well as downtown Rehoboth Beach. On the first floor, guests are treated to a large, open living and kitchen space that is spotlessly kept for them to enjoy after a day on the beach. Also on the first level is a bedroom and bathroom, allowing for single-level living. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the primary suite and its own private deck are on the third story. The best part of this rental home is surely the second deck on the top floor, overlooking Maryland Avenue, where guests will love taking in the stunning ocean views and spending time in the summer sun. The home has off-street parking for three cars. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $353.50.
