This was the 2nd time renting this house in Brewster. It met our needs for 8 adults and a toddler very well. The newly added bedroom and bathroom just made our stay even better. The living room was perfect for everyone to congregate there to watch the Olympics comfortably. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had great storage and had plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. It is in a great central area making it easy to shop or other activities. Only recommendations are to add blinds/curtains to the slider to the large room downstairs and a shade or longer curtains to the first floor bathroom.

We have been renting a week on the Cape for over 40 years. This house is definitely the best we've stayed in. Location is awesome! Says "Brewster" but minutes from Chatham, Harwich, Orleans - it's amazing. And very close to harbor areas (Jackknife) .. so beautiful. The kitchen is HUGE and the rooms are perfectly adequate for a mix of seniors, couples, a bunk bed for young ones! EVERYONE was so happy. (aaaand 3 full baths!) Amazing! We're going back next year!
