This large Cape Cod home is just off beautiful Pleasant Bay and is perfect for families, or generations of families, to spend time together. With easy access to everything The Cape has to offer and ample room for 12, including large sleeping and dining areas,, this home will provide everything you need to enjoy a fun, relaxing vacation for everyone in the family. Close to all Orleans, Chatham and Harwich beaches, shops and restaurants, you be able to enjoy everything this charming area has to offer vacationers.
Located on the corner of two cul-de-sac streets, this quiet neighborhood provides all the relaxation you will need, whether its lounging in the sun-filled family room streaming your favorite shows over Wi-Fi with high-speed internet access, or sitting on the large deck with a cold drink waiting for the burgers to cook. With ocean breezes filling the house, a tree filled yard and large outdoor deck, everyone will find a place to relax.
The living room has enough room for any family, with a large screen TV and full lineup of the most popular HD channels, games and books. Or you can sit back in a chair in front of a wall of windows, soak up the sun and watch the birds eat from the feeder just outside. It's a great spot for kids of any age to play and have fun.
With a large dining room, featuring an extendable table and comfortable seating for 12, the whole family can sit down for a great meal. Just outside on the spacious deck is an equally large table for those who want to enjoy the tree lined, private backyard and watch the kids play.

One bedroom has 1 queen/1 full sized beds and the other features a king (2 combined twins) and a twin-sized trundle bed that can be pulled out to sleep two.
New for 2017 is the finished, walk-out basement offering another full bath and 2 bedrooms (one with queen-sized bed and the other with 2 twins). Offering more space for the family to stretch out, the living area is a good place to relax and watch TV. This separate living space will let larger families still have some needed privacy during your stay.
Finally, the home is centrally located. In 12 minutes, you can reach Nauset, Skaket, and Chatham Lighthouse Beaches, plus Nickerson State Park and all the popular restaurants and shops in Orleans, Chatham and Harwich. The Captains Golf Course, a 72 hole public course is less than 2 miles away.

This beautiful home was wonderfully furnished for a family vacation. So many living spaces for the different ages of our group. Very clean, well cared for, with all the amenities you want for a happy Cape trip!

Large, spacious house with room for everyone to spread out. Great outdoor shower! King Bed upstairs is actually two twins pushed together, and mattress is very firm.

Perfect area and time with friends! The outdoor shower is absolute heaven! The house is extremely kid friendly with the best yard to blow bubbles and catch fireflies in. The property owner was extremely nice and answered our questions.

We had a great week because of the people we were with. The location of this house is convenient because Chatham and Brewster are both within a 10 minute drive. However, the listing photos on this house are inaccurate and outdated. The owner should update the home with new beds, carpet and pillows. It needs a deep cleaning in order to continue charging the price they are charging for one week. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere, we killed multiple deady long legs spiders daily. There were flys inside all the time. The upstairs and basement smelled so strongly of must. The basement bedrooms and bathrooms were unusable because of the must smell. The beds, pillows and carpet upstairs are in need of replacing. The king upstairs is not actually a king, it is two twins pushed together, which is not what you expect when it states it is a king. The outside landscaping is a complete mess and overgrown with weeds everywhere. There is a hazardous spiral staircase in the family room, which leads to the pool room. Small children could fall through, this was not in any of the photos. The owner did put a small fence around the staircase, but it is not attached to anything and anyone with small children knows this would not keep them safe. The rental also does not come with towels or sheets, which is inconvenient for people traveling or makes you wonder if they wash the comforters or mattress pads in between guests. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness for what we paid.
