This home sits on a private lot and boasts five bedrooms, open kitchen/dining area and oversized family room perfect for family vacations or long weekends. Spacious deck with gas grill, pretty backyard with firepit, hammocks and outdoor shower great after a day at the beach.

The house worked great for our family. There was plenty of space. Communication was great. We especially loved our nights out by the fire pit :). The house had everything we needed, kitchen well stocked, beach towels & chairs, toiletries and lots more. The central AC was a huge bonus as it was hot and humid during our stay. My only suggestion would be a good deep cleaning of the home and cleaning out the clutter from closets etc. There were a lot of dead bugs in window sills and we had many spiders inside the home. Some crawling on beds etc. The home also needs another trash bin as we filled it a few times even though the trash was pickup up twice. Overall a good stay in Orleans.

We had an excellent stay! The communication with the property owner was awesome and checking in was a breeze. Looks exactly as pictured. So cute, quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. The Firepit area/patio was our nightcap each night. A great stay!

Patrick was timely with communication prior to our rental. The house is spacious, clean and conveniently located minutes from Orleans center and Chatham. Our stay was very comfortable. The backyard was private for quiet dinners on the deck. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable.I would definitely rent this property again.
