This is an amazing vacation rental with so many wonderful amenities. Arrive to a beautifully landscaped property with lush plantings and a spectacular array of flowers.
Enter this delightful home with its cheerful and tasteful decor and you will find a spacious, well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, wonderful family room, master bedroom including a king bed and with ensuite bathroom, and an additional half bath and laundry room, all on the first floor.
The second floor offers three spacious bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two twins and a full size sleep sofa and a bonus room (bedroom #4) off the second bedroom with one queen bed, one full bed and one twin bed.
The house sits on a large level lot with a deck, enclosed outdoor shower and an inviting fire pit on the roomy patio.
This home is just 2/10's of a mile from the Meetinghouse Pond landing and just over 2 miles away from Nauset Beach and the center of Orleans. You'll be so close to East Orleans shops and restaurants.

Amenities include central air conditioning, wireless internet, five televisions, one with cable and the rest are Smart TV's with streaming, DVD player, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas range, Keurig, air fryer, printer/scanner/copier, outdoor furniture, gas grill, 10 beach chairs, a ping pong table and pool table, air hockey table, corn hole set, and Kayaks. Linens are not included.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

We had a great time at the house for two weeks. It's the perfect location for ocean and bay beaches as well as Crystal Lake and town center. The house was clean and great layout and yard/outdoor space. Thanks for such a nice stay in your home!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The home was even more spacious and comfortable than we expected. There was plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 teenaged boys and a 4yo! The welcome package and details were so wonderful, and the location in Orleans was amazing. We spent many days walking down to meetinghouse pond and then enjoying a fire while eating on the beautiful back deck. We loved everything about it!

Spacious, attentive owners, well maintained, plenty of room for 8, can açomodate 10 easily if 4 willing to share a room. We really enjoyed staying in the house.

My family and I had a great stay in this house. The backyard and patio/fire pit are a great place to relax, play games, run around for all family members. The two upstairs rooms are good for a family with a lot of kids or for two families with a few children each. The downstairs games were great for a rainy afternoon and I enjoyed morning walks to Nauset ( ~2miles). We had a great time!
