This is a beautifully maintained, comfortable home. Major attractions include (i) a large family room with large flat screen cable TV and DVD player, wood burning fireplace and seating for 14 - great for family game night, (ii) a large, wonderfully equipped kitchen (including Kitchenaid and Cuisinart), perfect for those who love to cook and entertain; kitchen also includes a wood burning fireplace, (iii) large backyard deck with tables and umbrellas, and seating for 12 or more - perfect for outdoor dining, (iv) wood deck surrounding in-ground, heated pool includes lounges and two glass topped tables, umbrellas and eight chairs, (v) large, flat, fenced-in backyard, perfect for soccer, volleyball, croquet, etc.; outdoor shower; (vi) separate home office with printer; and (vii) wireless internet and all standard appliances - dishwasher, washer, dryer. PLEASE NOTE: As is the custom over much of Cape Cod, sheets and towels are not provided. Please remember to bring your own.

Pool was awesome, strange setup with the bedrooms (2 bedrooms were connected to master suite), but overall, it was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Other than the funky bedroom(s), it was a great setup with lots o room!!

House was everything that we hoped for! Enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen, swimming in the pool, and the grandchildren loved playing in the backyard. Perfect location close to National seashore beaches, bay beaches and bike path. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

This Eastham home exceeded our group's expectations. The description was accurate, the check-in and check-out processes were easy, the beds and bedrooms were comfortable, living spaces were comfortable and easily accommodated group gatherings, and furnishings on the deck and surrounding the pool were great for individuals and groups. Two added features are the heated pool and the enclosed outdoor shower!!
My group of friends and I are already considering re-booking this property for next summer ;-). I would highly recommend this property for groups and large families.
