Skip the beach parking stickers! Conveniently located on the direct route to the water and just a 10-minute stroll from the tide pools and sunsets of Cooks Brook Beach, this professionally renovated 4BR home offers the perfect modern coastal escape.
While many Eastham rentals "sleep 10," we offer the actual space to enjoy it. With two distinct living areas, a massive deck, and 1,900 sq. ft. of space, your group can spread out comfortably without stepping on toes. Whether you are two families traveling together or a multi-generational group, this is your home base for the National Seashore.
THE LIVING SPACE:
We designed this home for socializing. The main floor features an open-concept flow so the cooks are never left out of the conversation.
Main Living Room:
Features a 55” TV with surround sound, comfy seating, and a library of board games/books for downtime.
The "Kid Zone" (Lower Level):
A completely separate second living area with its own 45” TV and couch—perfect for giving the adults some quiet time upstairs while the kids watch a movie downstairs.
Kitchen & Dining:
The heart of the home is the large, sun-filled kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and dual skylights. We’ve stocked it with everything you need for big family meals, including a full range, dishwasher, and the essential coffee gear.
Dining:
Gather at the indoor table for six, perch at the breakfast bar, or take the party outside.
Bed & Bath:
Sleeps 10 guests comfortably across two levels.
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Two Full-sized Bunk Beds (Great for cousins or kids!)
Bathrooms:
A large full bath with double sinks on the main floor, plus a second full bath with a standing shower downstairs to speed up the morning routine.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
Summer life happens outside, and our setup is ready for it.
The Deck: A spacious open-air dining area with a grill, perfect for BBQ nights.
The Yard: A private, flat yard where kids can run safely.
The Extras: Rinse off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower, boil dinner with our provided propane lobster steamer, and end the night counting stars by the fire pit.
LOCATION:
Walkable: You are a 7/10 mile walk (approx. 10-15 mins) to Cooks Brook Beach, famous for its warm bay waters and safe, shallow flats at low tide.
Driveable: Just 3 miles to Nauset Light Beach (Oceanside) and 4 miles to Coast Guard Beach.
Cyclable: Less than a mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for 25+ miles of paved biking.

The house was perfect for all 10 of us! Kids and adults felt right at home! The backyard fire pit was a morning and evening gathering point! Kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Plenty of towels, laundry items, cleaning products, sunscreens, even bandaids!
Hosts were always quick to respond to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion and stay!

Our family had a terrific week at The Getaway. Our group consisted of my husband and me, our son, daughter-in-law and two young grandsons. The two bedrooms and bath upstairs along with two bedrooms and bath downstairs gave us all a little privacy and the open concept kitchen, dining, living space was perfect for all of our family time (essentially all the time). We grilled and ate dinner every night on the deck, my grandsons ran and ran around the large yard and making s’mores around the fire pit was a favorite activity! Ryan and LeeAnn were excellent hosts - they were very responsive to any question or concern we had. We love this area in Eastham with it’s close proximity to great beaches. We would definitely come back again!

This house was exactly as described. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Roomy bedrooms that have space for pack and plays for kids to sleep. Close proximity to the beach is always nice. Would definitely stay again!

Ryan and Leann were very helpful and our family enjoyed the open concept of the home. The property had a great outdoor space which our dog enjoyed. Definitely would recommend to families. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.
