Close to the best of East Orleans, Nauset Beach and fresh water ponds

Newly Refurbished home ideally located within a half mile of East Orleans shops, market, restaurants and marina. This house is just under 2 miles from Nauset Beach on the Atlantic ocean and 3.5 miles from Skaket Beach on the Cape Cod Bay. You can find a fresh water pond within 1.7 miles at Crystal Lake or 2.2 miles to Pilgrim Lake. And Orleans center near the bike trail is only 1.7 miles away.
Almost everything in this home has been refinished. All floors on both levels have been replaced with wood or tile, and just about everything has been repainted. Bathrooms have been updated and the upstairs bathroom boasts a double sized walk-in shower.
The first floor of this warm and inviting home offers a large kitchen with new appliances, dining room, spacious living room with television, a master bedroom with king sized bed, a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a full bathroom with tub.
The second floor has two large bedrooms with 3 twin sized beds each and a full bathroom with double walk-in shower.
There is a new washer and dryer in the freshly painted basement.
The yard is completely fenced for a worry free vacation with small children. There is a really nice back yard with brick patio area complete with gas grill and outdoor furniture, including a new gazebo with screens protecting dining table set, an enclosed outdoor shower, another area with picnic table, hammock, and a fantastic outdoor detached screened house (12' X 16') complete with fun party lights and wicker furniture. Enjoy being inside or a pleasant conversation sitting around the firepit just outside.
Amenities include: Central air conditioning, high speed internet (up to 1000 Mbps), large flat screen television with cable, dishwasher, electric range, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer in the basement, gas grill, outdoor enclosed shower. Sheets and towels are not included. The garage and fireplace are not available to tenants.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

We loved this neighborhood near Nauset Beach. Clean property that has a lot of great things to it - good backyard to hang out - great location to many beaches - easy walking distance to a few food options - the upstairs allows to you pack a lot of kids into it.

Love this house and location! The house is very comfortable, nice decor, plenty of room for our family. The outdoor shower is amazing. Our favorite space is the screened in cabin- perfect for reading a book or hanging out. Love the location- it’s a nice walk to get coffees from Whisk, or ice cream from Smitty’s.
