The property is great for a large family with plenty of room to spread out - sit by the lake, canoe, play pool and read on the couch. The house is well equipped and very easy to use everything.The location is beautiful and peaceful, yet only a few minutes away from Orleans which has everything that you could want. The lake view is magnificent and nearly every room has big windows to help take in the view. Overall a great place to stay.

Everything worked out well for our family of ten (six adults, 4 children). Would have been great if 1) there had been screens in the windiws so we could have gotten breezes in the house and 2) if there had been a small sandy beach to allow for easy access to swim in the pond. Otherwise good, and Del-Mar was very responsive to our requests.

We were an aunt and uncle, and an adult niece and nephew with their respective spouses, and an 18-month-old grand-niece. This was the perfect place for our extended family to gather.
The house has different spaces for alone and family time for each individual or group, and big gathering spaces for when we wanted to all be together.
We all like to cook and the kitchen is a dream. There is enough space for four people to simultaneously be involved in prep. And it’s open to the dining and living areas with great flow.
The house has windows all around so the beautifully landscaped property and the view of the lake are ever-present.
The location is very quiet but close to shopping, restaurants, and many beaches.
This house made for a most memorable and wonderful vacation.
