Lovely stay

Stayed here before back in 24 Apartment was again perfect for us and is a lovely quiet location, with an all year round dog friendly beach across the road and a nice beach cafe to the north. Its a easy walk around 17min walk to Lytham St Annes center to get to bars ,shops and restaurants. Had lovely stay

Nice short break with great beach access.

Easy access to beach. Plenty of places to park. Quiet location next to the beach. Ideal base to get around local area.

Limited kitchen equipment. Heating was hot at night not so warm during afternoon and evening although hosts did adjust temperature for us.

Great stay in brill location

Excellent location and great little flat for a good price ..

A new sofa is needed as the suite is falling apart in parts and not too comfy, although a great stay there was lots of banging from the property upstairs at times which kept making my own small dog bark out at times as a result. Need to let people staying know about the light switch that turns the shower heater off 😂

The location of the apartment is fantastic, quiet, peaceful and perfect for walks with or without a dog. It's clean with a well equipped kitchen, toiletries for your stay, comfy bed and sofa. It is close for the pier, shops and anything else you want.

In St Annes or LA ? A dream apartment

Fabulous two day break. Perfect apartment with all amenities. Bright light and spacious loved the king bed. Gorgeous location felt like I was in LA with the palm trees. Would recommend highly to others and would love to return.

The patio furniture was a little flimsy and was scared of breaking chairs.

Very clean and good location. One small criticism was the bathroom was quite small but manageable. Was well equipped throughout and nicely decorated.

Staying local to family and worked for us

The property was in a great location and clean tidy and well equipped . My only issue was the window in the lounge which appeared warped so wind was a bit noisy .

perfect little getaway in such a beautiful location.

Beautiful location! it is the perfect little spot for a little getaway. I love that this property is dog friendly and that there is free parking available. The facilities are perfect, the right size! the windows let in such beautiful lighting and the views were amazing!

unfortunately, you can hear noise from upstairs (footsteps when moving around) but the hosts upstairs weren't loud at all so it wasn't too much of an issue.

we had a nice, relaxing week

it had cooker, fridge, washing machine , was only about a 5 minute drive to Blackpool tower, pier. The bedroom is a good size, with a comfy bed, kitchen and living room are also a good size

A little lacking in kitchen equipment, such as small saucepans, microwaveable jug, and no j cloth type cleaning cloths,so awkward to wipe surfaces. Light switch in bedroom didn’t always work.

Super apartment in a great location,great for taking the dog too.

Location superb. Very cosy comfortable apartment. Everything was very clean,plenty of hot water. My only points would be to have a brush and pan for the porch area to pick up the sand. Also a small saucepan in the kitchen, Otherwise highly recommend this to friends.
