The property was perfectly located and right in the heart of the town. It was really clean and the host was really helpful when we needed anything.

The only negative was that the shower upstairs was not usable due to the fact that it floods the whole bathroom when used. The downstairs shower was the only one that could be used and the door needed fixing.

Some things need attention such as the shower screen doors - not working properly. Door to one if the bedrooms upstairs doesn’t close properly. No tea towel in the kitchen. Little things that would improve a guests experience.

Great location and air conditioning

A book of information would have been good, communicating cleaning how to use washer and hot water.

Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti dal porto e dalla fermata del bus. Non esattamente facile da raggiungere la prima volta, ma siamo state aiutate dai gestori per trovarla. Gli spazi sono nuovi (e gestiti bene) e la casa è ben arredata, con aria condizionata in ogni camera. Il terrazzino esterno consente di mangiare fuori e di stendere il bucato. La casa era abbastanza pulita al nostro arrivo (fatta eccezione per gli utensili da cucina, che erano sporchi). Ottima e rapida la connessione wi-fi fornita.

La casa è poco attrezzata. Inaccettabile che in una casa per 5 persone ci siano solo una padella e due pentole a disposizione per cucinare, tra l’altro in cattive condizioni. Il piano cottura è lento. Nel bagno di sopra è molto scomodo fare la doccia (non avendo un box) e nella doccia del piano di sotto non abbiamo quasi mai avuto acqua calda. I gestori sono stati disponibili al nostro arrivo, ma nel momento di lasciare la casa non hanno risposto ai nostri messaggi riguardo la raccolta della tassa di soggiorno, lasciata senza riscontro sul tavolo in soggiorno (a questo punto speriamo che li abbia presi l’incaricato delle pulizie, visto che non avevamo neanche i detersivi per pulire). Consigliamo di aggiungere specchi oltre ai due minuscoli dei bagni.
