Looking new and chic, very clean, the owner and cleaning lady very nice. They allowed us to leave the luggage at 11am after people checked out. We had the rooms cleaned every day, on 3rd day the towels were changed. We received few bottles of water and a bottle of wine from the owner which was a nice touch. We also had jam and honey on the kitchen table to use it. We had cutleries, glasses, cups on the kitchen. It was close to city center, restaurants, markets, port, bus station, close to a viewpoint. Air conditioning worked very well. Bed was pretty comfortable. We received disposable slippers.

When booking the property I didn't see any description or suggestive photos that one room was downstairs. We thought one room is on ground floor and 2nd one upstairs. It is mentioned that it is soundproof, however it's not, we heard every motorcycles, cars and dogs from outside. Maybe also because upstairs the windows are old and are not making any difference if closed or open. We couldn't sleep with windows open because there were no mosquito nests. Pillows were uncomfortable. The wall behind bed from downstairs room looks dirty because of all stains.

The property is beautifully decorated in a fabulous location. It is midway between the town & the beach with 2 bakery’s practically next door

The new shower downstairs, the water goes everywhere. Also the shower head is not high enough, my son is 6ft and had to duck underneath it

Great location , beautiful finishes . A lovely place to stay and be a part of Skiathos
