The property has an excellent location, it is only 5 minutes from the busy area but noise from outside is fine. The apartment air con is really good. The bed is comfortable and the balcony is large. We stayed in the large Pearl apartment, which was kept very clean every day.

The shower room is very small the head hangs down and won’t stay up the whole shower area is very cramped and old. The description of the shower on the apartment website and booking. Com is misleading as pictures and descriptions show a previous massage shower which is clearly no longer the case. The towels are very rough not soft at all. The contact with the owner is all done via WhatsApp messages, the owner is very fast to respond but we only saw a receptionist once in 9 days and I feel some people may prefer a more personal touch.

Everything cleaning very good towels changed daily ideal for me good location staff lovely and helpful .

Pretty nice and cosy (small) 1-bedroom apartment around the corner of Skiathos city center. Although, a quiet spot. Recommendable for everyone who doesn't like hotelrooms.

Workingspace in the kitchen is tide, with a oven and microwave you can't cut your veggies if you really wanna use the kitchen for preparing a proper dinner. Host Maria friendly but on a distance: haven't seen here, contact through whatsapp only. Out of 5 accommodations this trip this was the only non-personal one; we like local contact better.

Nobody on reception the whole week we were there. Never even received a call from Maria the owner asking us if everything was OK with our room. Water leaked from shower screen badly so had to put towels on the bathroom floor. Room very hot & air conditioning was set to 18 so couldn't be lowered to allow cooler air into the room. Plug in bathroom sink didn't seal so my husband unable to have a shave. No plug in kitchenette sink either so my husband went to local shop to try & buy one. Music till late at night from taverna below us. These apartments are advertised as luxurious & look good at first glance but there are a lot of basic requirements missing. On that basis we would not stay again or recommend to anybody else.
