Cicones Boutique Apartments

Locația este super. Aproape de restaurante, baruri, magazine, dar totuși pe o străduță liniștită.

Izolația fonica este practic inexistentă. Auzi tot de la vecini. Iar între etaje este placa de lemn ceea ce face ca fiecare mișcare să producă zgomot. Între etaje/camere nu există uși, deci nu prea ai intimitate.

Location is excellent and cleaning is spotless. Also the host was very approachable. The apt is new and well equipped.

To start, there was no hot water at all. When spoke to the host he told me it must be that the guests from the other apt had used it all but tried at different times of the day and still, having a hot shower was not possible during my stay (luckily only one night). Also, It rained a lot and there were at least 2 leaks right above the bed. Lastly, there is no real wall between both apartments so if the neighbors are loud (and they were!) you can here them as if they are in your own apartment.

The location was central, only a street away from the Main Street and a stones through from the port. It was a clean and comfortable stay. Everything in the apartment was in great condition.

The door of the apartment was to the street and didn't fully lock to make the door flush to the frame which meant that it was noisy. It was used as a cut through for the waiters to bring supplies on motorbikes to the restaurants and was a constant until 2-3am and then started again at 5am. It is also one of the few places in that street that have a light on the outside so people often stopped to talk there too. If the door was more flush it would help to eliminate the amount of noise let through. I was able to get the key to turn multiple times over and the bolts on the door to a position of full lock when the door was open but once I closed it, it would only lock on one turn from the inside and the key was unable to be removed. The door would not double lock from the outside at all. The place would have been difficult to find by ourselves, luckily our taxi driver called them and we were greeted by a lovely greek man who took us to where we were staying ion Persefoni. I would recommend calling when you arrive, sadly I can't remember his name, but he was really helpful with taking us through how to remember the way to the apartment and giving recommendations!

Location- right in the old town center, next to a lot of nice places like: tavern, Greek restaurants, supermarket s. Daily cleaning. Dimitris, the host, very kind.
