The property was clean . The amenities were fantastic. The garage was nice. There was a beach buggy and kayaks and paddle boards and 6 beach chairs. The unit was very comfortable. The couch and beds were very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The master shower was completely closed in for a steaming option, I didn’t use the steamer but it had great acoustics. There were water hoses in the garage and on the balcony. The unit had hooks everywhere to hang towels. The pool was clean, mostly. The dock was nice to sit on and relax or fish. There was easy access to the water for the kayaks.
The pool needs to be cleaned more frequently. There was access to the condo from the garage. You have to go down two condos and up the steps to get inside. The shower in master drained slow. The downstairs bathroom door lock didn’t work. The outdoor shower was a nice option however it smelled horrible in that area. Like a sewer. There was only 1 dish towel. The walk to the beach was a little further away than I expected.

Clean, easy to access, nice pool, good area
The garage is downstairs and has no access through the house. Overall it worked for us.

The host provided kayaks paddle boards and beach chairs and a large wagon to haul things to the beach
The fact there was no access from the garage to the unit. You had to go outside and walk several units over to get to a set of stairs which got you up to your unit. We arrived in the rain and it was terrible lugging our groceries and luggage up. Also the pool and pool area were too small for the complex.
