This is such a cute property! Comfortable and cozy! The couch is great for napping in front of the tv. The beds were amazing! The showers are powerful and relaxing. Washer and dryer is top notch. Had to contact my host and he was "johnny on the spot"! He came asap and saved the day. Kitchen was nicely stocked for a big meal if needed. I loved that there was a secure garage also. I would not hesitate to visit again.

Home is older which was fine. However if you have small kids the stairs are VERY STEEP and there is not a baby gate or anything to block them. We locked the bedroom door to keep toddler in and to prevent a accident. Air was locked at 71 as the lowest. I contacted the host so it could be lowered more. Host was responsive and seemed like a nice guy. The upstairs cools poorly compared to the down stairs. It is close to the beach go to the cross walk about a block away and you are there. There are some beach toys and a wagon which was nice to not have to buy new just for the days we were there. The water pressure will rock your world!
