The location is very good and near to the beach
The beds were comfortable and the whole place felt like home, everything was available. WiFi was good and the whole place was really nice
The maintenance as well was so fast timely when the Ac wasn't working I didn't expect a reply that late and it was fixed the next day early morning
The late check in 4 pm is really not matching with the very early check out at 10 am. I was so not comfortable running around to make sure we're out at 10
As travellers from outside the US it was the first time to rent an apartment and the so many requests and documents to fill
Besides asking for a photo of myself with my ID that was a bit too much, you can ask booking for my info instead of all the hassle. Providing full info on the whole group and too many assurances. I understand you face other issues with l8cal travellers but this should be different when it's done through booking.com

Place was clean and well equipped with everything that was needed.. close to beach and restaurants..
That I was charged $80 dollars for lock smith know that for a fact we didn’t lock any room doors and before we left, we left all doors open and who ever came after us looked the doors and blamed me for it. you can’t close the garage doors from outside unless someone is in the condo to press a button.. not enough towels..

The main garbage access was a ways to drag garbage. Maybe a bin halfway between the complex
