Cleanliness, ease of entry, location to the beach, well stocked kitchen minus a pot to cook in. Quiet and peaceful, washer and dryer on site, wagon for the beach trip.
No full bedding set for sofa sleeper, no extra cozy blankets for the beds or couch, I only had a thin sheet set and one thin quilt. There are no towels in the half bathroom downstairs to dry your hands on. No pot in the kitchen to cook with, only frying pans. Slider door on 1st floor did not lock, no lock on door at the top of the entry stairs.

It was only a minute of walk to the beach!
I don’t know what, but floor was dirty. My family doesn’t wear the shoes inside of the house, our bear foot was so dirty, needed wear the socks. It is not sand, like new floor just installed kinda feel
