This property exceeded our expectations. Location was as described, being only a four minute walk across the road from the beach. Property was larger than expected, with two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Master bedroom was huge with en suite bathroom and property also had a separate bathroom. Property was very well decorated with lovely bright colours on walls. Bedlinen and towels provided. Owners had left many beach towels for our use. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The owners had very thoughtfully also left a multitude of beach equipment including chairs, umbrella, balls, boogie boards along with a very handy cart to transport it all across the road to the beach. The onsite pool was also very much appreciated and my family had this mostly to ourselves throughout our stay. Onsite underground parking also available. The availability of laundry facilities within the apartment was also greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautifully decorated, well equipped place to stay that has easy access to the beach.

While not directly affecting us, the property can only be accessed by going up one flight of stairs, which might be a factor to consider for someone with limited mobility.

This property is well maintained and clean. You feel like you are staying in a nice home/apartment rather than a hotel room. The rooms were spacious and the deck was very nice to sit on and drink my morning coffee.

The location is a little bit of an obstacle, but we didn’t mind walking to things nearby.

Wonderful location, so close to the beach. Home was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely book again!! See you next year!

I don't think I knew there was such a pretty water view from the deck... a lot of things make this kind of a Goldilocks property. Reminded me of Florida vacations from when I was a kid, in a good way. When we were there, there was a huge tub of deck chairs, toys, and a foldable wagon so you could haul stuff to the beach. There were a few coolers, too. So we really wanted for nothing. There was nothing weird or off about the property. It smelled like a Florida beach house. I found the mattress comfy. In addition to the view of the canal, there is pretty foliage with beautiful birds. And also a view onto the adjacent properties pool, which brings gently wafting music and vacation vibes even more to the ample deck. The neighborhood was relatively walkable with a few items of interest nearby, like ice cream and coffee. We found the walk across the street to reach the beach access agreeable. We slept six comfortably, three adults and three children. Clearwater nearby, though we didn't even bother going. We did go to Saint Pete town, which is always recommended. Parking is easy with plenty of options underneath the apartment.
