Beach Cottage 1403

The proximity to the Bird Sanctuary. The stench was so strong we didn't sit on the balcony. Also, the elevator didn't work for a total of three days.

Beach location

Hot water for showers,not enough for each person,toilet’s wobble

Location was excellent.

They were doing construction on the roof. Very noisy during the day. And some debris on the balcony.

Great location, decent view, comfortable beds, plenty of room, great price compared to other units in the same complex, right on a beautiful beach, huge pool area, assigned parking. Good jumping point to go to nearby locations - beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. Also right next to a bird sanctuary where injured birds are rehabbed, but scores of wild birds roost there overnight, too. Fun to watch them take off in the morning.

Place is in serious need of an update. Even just painting trim and doors would help, although the doors really need to be replaced as the veneer at the bottom of some are splitting and peeling and bi-fold doors are VERY beat up with some falling off the tracks. Also seems to need an exterminator - encountered a cockroach, a couple of silverfish, and some really tiny ants. Fabric upholstery on the sofa and chairs really need to be cleaned, too. Pretty grimy. And throw out that boom box under the TV. No power cord or batteries, filled with dirt and debris...
