Great location and wonderful facilities!
Floors in the condo were dirty and barely any towels were provided and some of the beach towels provided were old and had holes. Also, the tub/shower combo did not drain properly.

L'emplacement était parfait, accès facile à la plage. Logement d'une bonne dimension pour famille de 4 personnes et il était très bien équipé, même des trucs de plage. Deux salle de bain complètement équipé, c'était parfait. L'aménagement extérieur était aussi très propre et bien équipé avec une belle piscine bien entretenue. Le logement, le complexe mais aussi sa position géographique sur la péninsule de Clearwater était parfait. Indian Shore est une petite municipalité tranquille, parfaite pour décompresser après un séjour à Disney!
La douche dans les deux salles de bain aurait besoin de rénovation. Le locateur demande de conserver la température à 73 degré. Pour nous, c'était un peu trop chaud pour la nuit, surtout après une grosse journée au soleil. Aussi, à notre arrivée, le plancher était n'était pas très propre, un vieux bandage souillé trainait sur le sol de notre chambre. Nous avons séjourné durant le passage de l'ouragan Debby et avons demandé conseil au service client mais n'avons pas eu de retour. Lors d'événement comme ceci, il serait bien de mieux accompagner les touristes qui n'ont pas habitude à ces situations. Nous avons finalement quitté l'appartement deux jours et avons louer un hôtel plus loin afin d'éviter les possibles inondations, mais n'avons eu aucun conseil ou recommandations du service client, ni pour l'évacuation ni pour la réintégration.

Maybe the air conditioning could be lower to 71 not 73 it gets hot in the bedrooms at night

A/c not allowed below 73, which was miserable since we were not used to the FL heat and humidity.
