Description: This 1500 sq. ft. condo, in a quaint Key West style complex of 4 buildings with 4 units each, offers all the amenities of home and accommodates 4 to 6 people comfortably. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster. There is also a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The dining area seats four but can accommodate six with additional chairs provided. The living room has a sofa and love seat and occasional chair, TV, DVD and stereo. The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed, extra twin daybed lounge, desk, TV, and view of the secluded pool. The ensuite master bathroom has double vanity sinks and oversize circular whirlpool jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with two double beds and TV. The second bathroom has a vanity sink and full size bathtub and shower. The balcony has a patio set and extra chairs.

The beach is directly across the street with a lighted crosswalk and the public beach access is just steps from the complex. The beach is wide and uncrowded and 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels are provided. The area offers a full array of amenities and activities - 11 restaurants close nearby and rentals of boats, kayaks, scooters and bikes within walking distance. The condo has designated carport parking for two vehicles and should you prefer not to drive, the Suncoast Beach Trolley runs hourly along all the Gulf Beaches from Clearwater to St. Pete's for a minimal fare with a stop just steps from the complex.
